I use to love dairy queen but now when I go the chicken strip baskets are ready to go. The chicken is tough and dry. The fries are cold. The only thing hot is the gravy. Please dairy queen let's do better by the people that is supporting you.

I don’t live in mayfield but stopped to get a cheeseburger. It was the worst ever at a DQ. Don’t think they are charbroiled. No taste at all. I will not go back

Had a terrible experience at Dairy Queen when trying to pick up a cake. It was under my sister’s name and they didn’t let me pick it up. Try to show my id and they treated me like I was insane. They became really rude and I was circled by employees getting asked multiple questions. I was having a panic attack. My sister eventually came in to verify it was her and tried to show them confirmation. They still gave her a hard time. Overall terrible experience.
