Ordered a banana split and it was literally freaking melted and then I called her because I work right up the road and she was so freaking rude and disrespectful telling me why didn’t I check it before I left? Why didn’t expect it to be melted either her name is Liz What she said over the phone I literally work a couple minutes up the road ice cream don’t melt like that. I mean, completely waste of money terrible customer service complete snobby butt I will not be back

My son and I went to dairy Queen just to get some ice cream and we got to the window and my son wasn't quite ready, so we asked the cashier to hold on a minute. The cashier kept asking if we were ready and finally I told them that we would move off to the side and come back around that way people behind us could get their stuff. The lady made the statement that she couldn't do that, she was very rude and very pushy so my son just ordered a plain chocolate milkshake and that is not what he wanted. The milkshake was good but that was not what we came for. Cashier was Andy. This happened today October 5th at 6:25 p.m. at the Mayfield dairy Queen. When we got to the window to pay the cashier seemed very agitated with us. All together we are very unpleased with the service I felt very uncomfortable. But the ice creams were amazing.

It was very busy but never uncomfortable. The young lady at the register made everyone feel like they were there for a great time. I was so happy to meet her and that my grandson could see how being friendly makes a difference

Honestly, I don't even know why I keep coming back. Got thirty five dollars worth of chicken strips, and they give us two ranches and then throw fit. bunch of sauce nazis. Like, come on for real, give us a few extra ranches

I use to love dairy queen but now when I go the chicken strip baskets are ready to go. The chicken is tough and dry. The fries are cold. The only thing hot is the gravy. Please dairy queen let's do better by the people that is supporting you.
Worst customer service ever. I wouldn’t be surprised if they get shut down the way they handle their business. They treat their workers and customers very poorly
