My son and I went to dairy Queen just to get some ice cream and we got to the window and my son wasn't quite ready, so we asked the cashier to hold on a minute. The cashier kept asking if we were ready and finally I told them that we would move off to the side and come back around that way people behind us could get their stuff. The lady made the statement that she couldn't do that, she was very rude and very pushy so my son just ordered a plain chocolate milkshake...
It was very busy but never uncomfortable. The young lady at the register made everyone feel like they were there for a great time. I was so happy to meet her and that my grandson could see how being friendly makes a difference
This DQ has been under various owner/operators but this business is thriving under the current mgnt. Service is fast, friendly, the food is good quality and fresh!. 10 out of 10 in my book.
