Ordered pizza on Christmas eve woke up the 26th to find my account was charged 70 dollars for a 22.43 order that had also been taken out called the manager he said not my problem to call my bank so I did bank said dominos has to refund the money but I was told no so I guess ill be filing a police report for fraud its shitty what they did!

99% of the time we're happy with our local dominos. Recently we did get a whole pizza, not cut lol. I love the ease of ordering online, that is, when it's not turned off. Good food, giggling teenagers gossiping instead of minding the counter if you pick up though.

One of the worst Dominos I've been too hands down... waited 30 mins in the store to finally get someone to be told my pizza hasn't been put in the oven placed online order round 5 didnt leave till 6.... points were never refunded after canceling

So it's July 30th, 2025. I had to make a new rating. Mind you, dominos is SWAMPED today. Me and my husband did takeout. I went in there and all of the workers were lazer focused making sure that everything they cooked was spot on, hot, and fresh! They've never disappointed us. Food is top of the line as always! Thank yall. (Cough, cough... way better than papa John's and little ceasers)

Well, here lately, it's been pretty hard to order online or even through the app. The main 6.99 deal hasn't worked from multiple sources, and even regular orders can't be sent through. All has made me order elsewhere.
Amazing service from front counter to answering phone and changing order and relaying to driver. All around amazing service. 10/10 Would recommend.

Mayfield’s Domino’s slaps. It has been up and down over the years but it must be under really good management now and has been for a good while because the food is always great. Accurate and consistent. If you like to customize like I do they always do a really good job getting the details right which is rare. If the conditions are perfect for pizza be patient because it’s going to take longer to get your order. Everyone is thinking the same way so they will be crazy busy (you would be amazed how many patrons don’t seem to understand this and I’ve witnessed people complain because they had to wait).

Their Parmesan stuffed pizza crust is an awesome addition to the menu. The Mayfield KY Domino's has never done me wrong and their delivery drivers are always friendly. I've even went so far to make bizarre requests in the app, just to mess with my kids and they typically follow through. Great Folks that deserve great tips!
