Your drive-thru employee was not friendly at all. Tonight. She acted like I was bothering her because I placed my order. She did not smile. She did not tell me to. Have a good day. I asked her how she was doing today and she shut the window in my face. When my order came up she opened the window, gave me my bag and close the window in my face a second time.

The person at window was rude and did not give me but one napkin. She did not tell me they were out of drink until I ordered it. This was my second visit today and the morning visit was great but this one was terrible not friendly service at all..!!

No wonder the fast food resturants are closing. 13 minute wait which usually isn't a big deal but when you get the food it's all cold......won't be back
Found hair in my food call to let them know in ver nicely manor. Katrena answered the phone installs being rude saying there is not anyone here with that hair color. We tell her she has that hair color she says well I haven’t even been in the kitchen. Ask to speak to manager she claims manager is busy. I than ask her why she’s being rude and disrespectful when I have not been to her. She than says you can google the corporate number and hangs up. Very unprofessional and uncalled for especially when the customer was not rude to her to begin with. I won’t be back and can clearly see why there is never people there.

I regularly go to this Hardee's to get the Hardee breakfast platter. I can get everyone in my family a Hardee's platter to go and enjoy a large breakfast at home with the family for less than half of what I would pay for @ a Cracker Barrel. And I have a vegetarian in the mix that they make sure has a a meal clearly labeled with no meat entree and gravy. They are always honest if there is going to be a long wait. They offer a complimentary drink as I wait sometimes and always apologize (apologies accepted, they cook it faster...with less mess, than I would). 5 stars from me for breakfast here(that's all I've ever had) 5 stars for atmosphere, it's typically me by myself getting to go meals but from what I can tell the atmosphere seems comfortable inside when I've been waiting.
