If you could vote no stars i would ordered a 12 piece original had to take a 1 breast extra crispy then the mashed potato's we not even half full manager got rude with me asked for a refund and got told he wasn't giving me a refund. Came out side threating to fight because I told him to either give me a refund or he could have the food back and told me that he wasn't giving me a refund back. EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO CUSTOMERS

I had a great experience here in mayfield ky with an employee i didnt get her name but she has the red hair she is polite and got the job done I order the famous bowl with extra gravy and a bisquet she was polite and nice you need more employees that take there time to make sure your order is perfect thank you I will be definitely going back
First they were out of what I wanted, there was a 4min wait on fries, finally I asked for two chick lils with light sauce and they were drowned in sauce. When I took it back in the big girl with the bad hair color was rude as hell... I went on the side were the restrooms are to see if they had a number posted to call and she come and slammed the door like I was trying to come back there. I think it's great to hire mentally challenged but everyone should be trained on how to interact with customers!!!

This has to be the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The drive thru attendant (large lady with dyed red hair) was incredibly rude. The food wasn’t good either. Never ever again!!!!!

Both orders missing over half of food , no sauce, no eating utensils. This always happens only at this location tired of it
Ordered through drive-thru, was told to pull over and they would bring out. Waited 15 minutes in car, then went in and waited another 10 minutes. Girl taking orders didn’t seem to have a clue about what to do. I finally asked for a refund after another 10 minutes and to no surprise, she didn’t know how!!! She had to call someone on the phone for help. Then a so called manager showed up to give me my refund. What is amazing is that they didn’t offer any apologies or anything!!! They did not say a word to me!!! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The boy working the counter at lunch today was very rude .. after taking my money he then proceeded to the kitchen no hand sanitizer or hand washing and only one glove on the right hand and prepared my spice chicken sandwich with his left hand that didn't have the glove on... I got my money back and went else where... The manager showed up and the lady before was complaining about the rude boy too... Management just looked like deer in the headlights ..

The store was decently clean, and business was steady. I gave a low service rating due to my order being wrong twice. Ordered livers for my mom and a 2 piece all white original recipe for myself. Got all the way home to find a leg and thigh in my dinner. I took it back and asked for what I ordered. Went to turn off my car after being told it would be 4 minutes for original and came back in to find my dinner being packed. Took it home opened the box and its crispy... KFC Why have a menu if your going to give me what you want to??
