I've always liked Kentucky Fried Chicken especially original flavor, unfortunately, lately every time I get original flavor the pieces are a lot smaller than the crispy. Coleslaw was always the best unfortunately that has changed too, not sure what's going on with Kentucky Fried Chicken in wish they'd up their game! It used to be an excellent place to grab a meal in a hurry .It's just sad what's happening to ff restaurants lately...

Ordered hothoney wings. Waited 15 minutes while they cooked. Got home and had regular wings. Called the restaurant and they said u could come back and get sauce packet. I told her I couldn't come back and she claimed they were really busy which was not true when I was there. She offered me nothing for messing up my order and when I questioned the mistake she said have a nice day and hung up. Next time I'll go inside and check my order as they prepare it and will report her rudeness to a manager.

Dude took pills right in front of me like I wasn't even there then was running around like a chicken with it's head cut off. And the chicken legs and wings are crazy small my kid ate 3 and was still hungry. This is sad for how much money we spent

Wow. This place is terrible. Service is ridiculous. Waited 20 mins for a very simple order and several other cars got larger similar orders. 2 different servers came out to see what I had ordered and clearly didn't communicate with one another. I finally just left. This isn't rocket science. I have never left such a poor review anywhere. Will never ever ever be back.

Terrible food - Grabbed a family 12 piece extra crispy. So crispy the breading had pulled away from the chicken. The meat was overcooked and solid, you could break a dinner plate with. Same with the biscuits. Do not eat here.

Been to this place 2 times. Definately wont go back. There is clearly a lack of management in this location. Both of my visits were a disaster.
1st visit nearly about 4 months ago, all the employees were outside smoking and on their cell phones. The manager was inside working by herself. Constantly yelling at the others to come inside. They just sat outside and laughed at her. The food including the chicken wasn't fresh. In fact it was microwaved. Everything I purchased for my family came out of a microwave. It was disgusting. We ended up throwing most the food out and leaving.
6 months later I would give this place another chance. All new employees were actually pretty polite. But not a single one of them knew what the heck was going on. They couldnt remember who ordered what. Every single car in the drive thru waited very long periods of time for their food. Some parked and came inside asking why they waited over 20 minutes. They were very unhappy while 3 different customers sat inside waiting over 20 minutes for their food. The employees were running in circles trying to figure out what went where and who had what. They didn't have anything ready that anyone ordered. No sides were ready for service either. Customers standing inside were shaking there heads in disbelief. Also each visit, not one single individual was dining inside either visit. One of the customers was a food delivery guy who had his order placed online before he ever arrived. When he arrived his food wasn't even ready. It all had to be made. This food delivery guy was sent to pour soft drinks for his customer. He pointed out it was a violation of health code for him to pour soft drinks for his customer. Apparently it has to be done by an employee. I dont know much about those rules.
Bottom line is that I wont return to this KFC location. And im betting all the other customers wont return either. This establishment needs to start with a really good manager or train the ones they have to manage the crew and restaurant properly. The regional manager needs to step in and help out here!
