It's normally not this bad, but recently in the last 5 months, this place has gone severely downhill, the drive-thru is subpar at best and food always tastes like its been cooked from the day before.

Just sat at the drive thru window for a hour before someone finally walked by. Knocked on wondow and told them I just want a refund and the managers name and number. 10 min later the manager refunded me then started using excuse the system was down. They don't know what to make or that people were waiting. Complete lies, as they called out what it is ordered every time. Asked fir corporate info and said have to look online. Manager doesn't know this info??? 3 other cars came and ordered while waiting, but dint know anyone was waiting in the drive thru. No comp offered, just some ridiculous crazy excuses. I. There multiple times weekly. This was my last visit there.
