Had food delivered last night and the food was horrible. It was all cold, and half cooked. I use delivery frequently and have never had a bad experience until last night. And the pickles on the sandwiches tasted bad. And my 8 dollar chicken sandwich was so rubbery we couldn’t chew it. Gross. I noticed the order was done really fast which is not like them at all. It was 70 dollars worth of food wasted.

If zero stars was possible this review would be zero stars, my expectations for mcdonalds are already low and they somehow continue to not meet them. The Mayfield McDonald's is consistently the worst location for quality of food and service. When I have to eat there I order a mcdouble with extra onion, over the last few months they deliberately put no onion on there, not even the normal amount but for some reason load it with pickles. Tonight my burger even had pickles between the patties. On top of the poor food quality/not made to order specs... the wait time is always excessive. Poorly made food at an incredibly slow pace, I cant for the life of me understand why there is any business there. And when we got home with our food we realized one of our fries were missing.

Jaylen was very nice to a group of two girl being nice and cutting up with them then as they left and I was starting my order she was short with me, had a attitude like I was expecting free food then proceed to count my money as if she was trying to let everyone know the bills that I handed her, she was not a good manager and had very poor customer service skills-not management material

Given that a bacon cheese biscuit has only one piece of bacon, I expect the entire one piece to be edible. I would call and discuss it with the manager but the last time there was an issue with me not getting my entire order via curbside, the “manager” hung up on me when I called and spoke to her. When I called back, she was rude and stated that she didn’t hang up on me, but that she was done talking to me. With prices continuing to rise, and quality continually declining (at least at this location), I’m not sure it’s a good idea to also handicap this location with questionably competent and extremely rude management.

If I could put zero stars I would. I will never go here again. I spent over $10 of my hard earned money on two frappes and paid for extra caramel and chocolate drizzle and they put light drizzle in that one and absolutely no caramel in the other besides a little drizzle on top of the whipped topping and they were both completely melted and when I asked for different ones or a refund they pretty much tried to treat me like a fool saying it was extra and when I asked about no drizzle at all in the other one they said there was plenty in that one too and laughed in my face like I was an idiot instead of just replacing the order that they didn’t make right like it was gonna be coming out of there checks or something and used the opportunity to treat me and my girlfriend like we were fools. The worst service and manners I have ever seen at any restaurant I have ever been too and that is saying something. If you want to waste your hard earned money on terrible food and service this is definitely the place to go.

The fries were 2.39 for the small and they were over cooked and they were mostly ends that were so hard you couldn't chew them. I remember when their fries were the best around now Burger King has the best I took a picture of the fries so you can judge for yourself.
