The best sonic in western KY, hands down. Morning manager is an absolute gem, opened 30 minutes early just to serve me a coffee. Still the best fast food burgers around, wait time at this location is very minimal between 2 and 6, those kids can really pump out some food. Keep it up, Kudos.

We had an over sized heavy girl of Mexican descent or mixed, and she was not dressed appropriately, and was rude, just terribly rude. I’m not joking, and I’m not doing this to be a prick but her shorts where to short for her and she was hanging out, her front side (hmm hmm cough cough) very gross and unprofessional. And there was a young Caucasian girl there working along side her, and she was rude also. We tried to ask her a question, and she all but ignored us, until she decided she had to stop and listen, and then she had the poorest manners. This was in July 13, 2024 around 2:30pm. I wish so bad that I could have my hard earned $18.62 back, and I will never stop at this place again. Is vote 0 stars is I could.

Worst sonic I have ever been to I have ordered here more then once and they always find a way to mess up my order if it's not them getting my order wrong it's them give me 4 onion rings in a large that I pay 5 dollars for don't understand how nothing gets fixed there

I only stop at this Sonic when passing through Mayfield, which isn't often. When I do, they seem to always mess up something. I didn't want to give a bad review, but we ordered three milk shakes. It took longer than normal for us to get them brought to us. When they arrived, they appeared to have been sitting for a while. The whipped cream on top was almost melted the cherries that should have been on top were nowhere to be seen until the milk shake was finished. One of the milk shakes was only about 3/4 full. I stop at many Sonic Drive Thru's and this one is nowhere near the best.

I just ordered a foot long coney and asked for onions and medium fries. Well NO ONIONS at all and I was CHARGED for them and there was HARDLY any FRIES so I had to order another fry and it was large. This time they were descent. I also told the girl who waited on me to keep a $3 tip and she kept almost $4 and didn’t give me my change back..!! I always tip good and she kept the change I was due to get back..!! Also hot fudge sundae was good but SMALL and they forgot the spoon and it was really small. I was not happy with service of food and server..!! I should get what I paid for and the girl should have given me my change when I was good enough to tip over 20% in the first place..!! Not the best first impression for a customer’s first time back since you reopened..!!
