Worst managed fast food restaurant you can imagine. Franchise owner refuses to honor nationwide deals and will actually call you to let you know he doesn’t AFTER you order and will not refund you. Have fun looking at the Christmas tree from last year, too. It’s October. Pathetic. Go somewhere else. Trust me.

Save your money and go somewhere else. They don't honor any of the subway company deals and if you try to use one they'll take your money just to cancel your order 1 minute before it's ready.

I'm not sure what ladies were working today at lunch time on 7/31/25 but they were all wonderful, attentive and patient. Very warm and polite. Not what I'm used to in this location. When I think of customer service and going above and beyond, these ladies at the Paris rd location were absolutely AMAZING. idk your names but you made my experience the best yet. And the outlaw sub was fantastic! Perfectly made!!!!

Their drive-through said a kids meal is four dollars for a small sandwich a drink and a snack… I went in and they had a kids meal for five dollars…. I ordered the kids meal and it was six dollars for just a small tiny sandwich and a drink!!! That I won’t be back!!!

Little blondie thats always there does nothing but talk trash about other employees and gossips while making food. And always has nastiest look on her face. And for whatever reason. They are always spraying and cleaning ovens while preparing food. Owner is rude too.

The food is good as usual but the prices are getting out of control. Some footlongs are over $14. If I didn't have gift cards from my credit card points I wouldn't be eating there.

The boy at the counter rushed me into paying for my food before I was even done putting toppings on my sandwich. Overall bad experience. Too rushed. A lady come in behind me and asked if her order was ready and he told her she needed to sit down because it wasn’t ready yet. He needs an attitude adjustment

The workers were calling eachother names spraying eachother with a spray bottle and tokm long to take my order because they were talking. Ones name was autumn and the one taking my order was a fat maybe Mexican man he sounded gay and he was the one spraying autumn with the liquid.

Woman behind the counter was rude, we asked for sandwiches to be heated and they were ice cold, she started to fix my husband's sandwich the same way as mine and when she wrapped them and threw them in the bag she threw it down on the counter. Definitely will not be back because of her attitude she seemed like she didn't want to be at work and was just plain hateful

Food is good. No issues there, however they tend to be stingy with the add ons when manager is there.They do not take coupons given to you by subway! Murray, Benton, and Fulton are the only locations that’s take them. Don’t know why, but probably the managers rule.
