They don't accept any TV promotional deals. I bought 2 subs and 2 chips. The total was almost $25. The taste of of sandwiches were worth about half of that at best. Not going back here!

So they call it a monster, commercial shows all this food on the sub. My wife ordered just a regular old sub and I got the 1 that cost 5 bucks extraTaking them out of the bag and I can't tell the difference without opening the paper. What a ripoff!

Change the sign on your door it states that you open at 8:00 am. Web states you open at 9:00. So go to hell
Mostly bread couldn't even tell there was meat on the sandwich and was sloppy. Workers were not friendly at all. I will not be going back to this store i prefer driving the extra miles too a better subway. It was not worth the $20 i spent.

Placed an order for 5 items online. When the 5 items showed up 4 were completely wrong. We were not in a situation to return the items. When I called the manager after the fact he was very rude and not helpful at all. Stated they make the items exactly how the tickets were printed....Clearly they were not or I wouldn't be calling back to explain.
Busy or not, they'll mess something up. 50/50 on the employees regarding customer service.

I eat at roughly 10-12 different Subways a year from TX to NC due to my work travel. Have eaten at various Subways 20-25 times/year since 1993, and worked there also when I was younger. In the Mayfield store-- on my chicken wrap, first they melted half of the cheese on the wax paper and picked at it for a bit then threw the rest away. Then when all I wanted was baby spinach and jalepenos, she put 5-6 spinach leaves on. I said "more", she put on 2 more. I said "way more", then she started to argue. I explained that (1) I am getting no other veggies, and (2) all other Subways have zero problem adding a FAIR amount of spinach. She refused, so I just declined to pay and she threw it all away. Store owner needs to be smart enough to know how to do things, or the woman should be warned/canned if it is her personal policy.
