On initial drive through, staff were awesome! Very friendly! However, after we got the food and left we discovered that our order was missing $25 worth of stuff. We went back and they weren't too thrilled by our return. The food we recieved was smashed and thrown together. The cheese cups we recieved were 1/3 filled compared to the one we got on our first order. The Employee who brought us the food ignored us as we thanked him as he hit his vape pen and walked away. (Upon leaving we discovered most of the soft taco Supreme's we ordered had no sour cream.) Also...for some reason they had a lid from the food containers in the kitchen tied to a trash bag and were throwing it out the drive through and dragging it on the ground. I have no idea what that was about...why? It's literally a lid for food. That's pretty disgusting.

Friday night I went through drive thru and when I got home I realized I was missing 2 items and then the sodas weren't marked so I didn't know which was zero sugar so, I'd called and talked to the manger that was on duty and was telling her what had happened and she tried telling me that she had marked the drinks and I told she didn't and then she said have a good night and hanged up me then I'd called back and it was the manger again I had asked if she was the one that hanged up on me and then hanged up on me again then I tried calling again and she took the phone off the hook. All I can said she was very unprofessional. She needs to learn how to speak to customers. She was very rude.
