This place is almost all automated and it sucks. Have to push the board to find what you want to eat and doesn't show how much it is a 12 pack of Supreme tacos with no lettuce or tomato was 32.00 with out tax. If you ask for extra stuff on a taco you have to pay .60 to 1.00 for it but if you take something off they don't take money off. Cost almost 12.00 for a quesadesa. This is ridiculous. It cost us 52.00

I ordered the #8 (doritos loco taco) and i asked for NO lettuce and when they gave me my order there was lettuce on my tacos and i found hair in my taco. i will never order from there again.

I’d like to give the mayfield Taco Bell a shout out. A few months ago I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and when I got it, it was still wrong. The store manager, Nick, who was brand new at the time promised a free meal the next time I came but I hadn’t been back since. Today my daughter and I decided to go before a game and I had long forgot about my free meal, but the manager didn’t. He reminded me as I was going to pay, threw in a free desert and a slushie. The service was great and the food was too. His team was in good spirits, all seemed happy to be there, had good camaraderie, and made it a very good expierience. Every one go to Taco Bell and try the caramel apple pie if you want desert. Way to lead Nick!

Refuse to come to this Taco Bell anymore. 1 reason, you have to order from a kiosk. Unless they have someone sanitizing it after every person, no thank you. I have seen to many men leave public restrooms without washing their hands after doing both #1 and #2. Im not up for touching a screen after someone else went #2 and didnt wash their hands

The food was good. Like a lot of fast food restaurants, you order from a kiosk, They make it and you're gone. There's no service. Moving around the kiosk menu is a pain but got er done.
Just went full self services kiosks. No one to greet you or take your order anymore. Will only interact with you if you have a problem, or cause one. Was told by local authorities, they have a problem with this location calling the cops on their customers. Will never be back. -⭐

i had not eaten at a taco bell for a while, so i was unaware of all the new items they had. but who i think was a manager, kailey was very nice and patient when explaining the menu to me and all the questions i had☺️. overall a well-kept location with friendly and professional staff!
