The food was good. Like a lot of fast food restaurants, you order from a kiosk, They make it and you're gone. There's no service. Moving around the kiosk menu is a pain but got er done.

Just went full self services kiosks. No one to greet you or take your order anymore. Will only interact with you if you have a problem, or cause one. Was told by local authorities, they have a problem with this location calling the cops on their customers. Will never be back. -⭐

i had not eaten at a taco bell for a while, so i was unaware of all the new items they had. but who i think was a manager, kailey was very nice and patient when explaining the menu to me and all the questions i had☺️. overall a well-kept location with friendly and professional staff!

Ordered online, everything showed available. When I arrived to the store, I was told they were out of beef. Every item I ordered had beef. This is the third time at this location I have ordered on the app only to arrive at the store to be denied what I ordered. Taco Bell is in the habit of wasting my time. They need to fix their app so the store can mark items unavailable just like every other restaurant app does. I asked for a refund and the cashier said I had to do it on the app, then a manager came and said no they had to do it on the register, so the employees aren't even trained correctly either.

On initial drive through, staff were awesome! Very friendly!
However, after we got the food and left we discovered that our order was missing $25 worth of stuff. We went back and they weren't too thrilled by our return.
The food we recieved was smashed and thrown together.
The cheese cups we recieved were 1/3 filled compared to the one we got on our first order.
The Employee who brought us the food ignored us as we thanked him as he hit his vape pen and walked away.
(Upon leaving we discovered most of the soft taco Supreme's we ordered had no sour cream.)
Also...for some reason they had a lid from the food containers in the kitchen tied to a trash bag and were throwing it out the drive through and dragging it on the ground. I have no idea what that was about...why? It's literally a lid for food. That's pretty disgusting.
