Drive thru service are just rude and dismissive to requests order always wrong when managers not right on top of them always acting mad like forced to take my order and rushing me thru it ..any thing else is that it are you done make me want to drive away ..

Stopped on our way to St Louis, spent 50$ on 4 combos. 4 orders of cold fries and my chicken asiago sandwich was cold. Everything else was good.

Their chili is great... burgers are hit or miss. Sometimes slapped together I got one the other day burger was cold cheese hadn't melted🫠. But I guess every restaurant has an off day. Staff is always friendly!!!

We went through the drive thru and the woman at the window was extremely rude. Our food was sloppy and just thrown into bags. You definitely need new workers at this location.

Floor was filthy. The rest of restaurant looked ok. Didn't use restrooms Had an angry customer to come in and the staff took control very quickly. The staff did not deserve all the bad language

Staff was rude with a get out of my face attitude. Seemed like they had more important things to do then wait on us. Will never be going back to Mayfield Wendy's.
A worker stood outside directly in front of the door smoking and we had to squeeze by. Took forever for our order to be taken and even longer for it to come out. Customer service was bland and bare minimum clearly run by kids. The food came out cold and soggy the only thing that wasn't bad was the drink. We were also swarmed by flies and just had to get up and leave, terrible experience.
I simply asked for my order to be read back to me, to make sure it was correct. The guy at the window huffed at me and slammed the drive thru window in my face. The manager had to come do it, and she didn’t even apologize for her employees rude outburst.

This place sucked! The hamburger was burnt, and they still served it. I didn't discover this until I was at my nieces place in Hickory. The young lady of color at the DU windows was very rude and dismissive. I'm happy I don't live in Mayfield.
