Ordered 2 burgers 2 fries and everything was cold burgers were dried out just nasty use to be a good place to eat guess not anymore

If I could give no stars I would give no stars. I pulled up to the drive-thru to get breakfast and automatically I heard profanities yelled to the speaker. I will never come to this Wendy's I don't care if the food is awesome. I don't pull up to the drive-thru in the morning to get breakfast in here.Profanities yelled through a speaker I was taking my crew out for breakfast this morning. Would have been over $100 of business but I will not come to this Wendy's ever again because of the profanity I heard as soon as the person come on speaker

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant, definitely not what I got. The croissant was hard as a rock. People seemed to be bothered by the fact i was there, wasn't worth the money or trip I won't go back.

This is awful. Absolutely horrible. We got home with our food, and my mother's burger had MOLD ON IT! Thank God we noticed before she had eaten it or anything! The mold was on the bun, and the wrapper too. This is honestly so unacceptable..

The night shift manager is a great guy named Brandon who really tries to make sure everyone is well taken care of and the quality of the food is great

The food here is fine but I’ve seen faster lines at the dmv than the drive through here. I mean seriously get it together. I waited 10 minutes while the car in front of me hadn’t even been SPOKEN TO yet. I ended up driving away because I didn’t have all night to sit around

Chicken Nuggets tasted like burned old grease, Fries were cold, and the Burger had a bite taken out of it. I went to get my money back and the lobby was closed. The line to the drive thru was backed up to the road. I just went elsewhere. I will not be returning.

Drive thru service are just rude and dismissive to requests order always wrong when managers not right on top of them always acting mad like forced to take my order and rushing me thru it ..any thing else is that it are you done make me want to drive away ..

Stopped on our way to St Louis, spent 50$ on 4 combos. 4 orders of cold fries and my chicken asiago sandwich was cold. Everything else was good.

Their chili is great... burgers are hit or miss. Sometimes slapped together I got one the other day burger was cold cheese hadn't melted🫠. But I guess every restaurant has an off day. Staff is always friendly!!!

We went through the drive thru and the woman at the window was extremely rude. Our food was sloppy and just thrown into bags. You definitely need new workers at this location.

I think the crew needs to go back to customer service classes cuz there's no class whatsoever I know it's Wendy's
Staff was rude with a get out of my face attitude.
