I recently went to this location as I was passing through town, the service was top tier! I had a waitress whose name tag read Jennifer. She was very helpful with a beautiful smile! Apps came out FRESH! She stayed on top of our drinks and refills! The food came out it seemed like right after! I was very pleased!

We waited about 10-15 minutes after being seated before even having our server come take our drink orders after looking at us multiple times and only having 1 other table. We then waited a while for our drinks to actually be brought out to us. Our food also took a while to get there, my chicken was wrong and cold but the server got it fixed for me. At the end our server did better but in the beginning he seemed irritated and sort of taking it out on his tables.

Mom ordered a med rare steak, was served a gray, well done one. My food came out 5-7 minutes before my green beans and almost 10 minutes before my mom's food. Absolutely junk service. Pleasant women, but completely incompetent. My food tasted good.

This was the worst service I've ever had at an Applebee's took 25 minutes for my first beer they said they had to change the keg okay fine friend of mine ordered one of their specialty bucket drinks never received it my second beer took 25 minutes mind you the place was not busy I don't know what was going on there ask to speak to the manager they took one beer off my tab
