DO NOT GO HERE!! We waited an hour for food and two of the dishes were completely wrong. The server had no empathy, the manager was so dismissive and uncaring!

My wife and I got a see quickly and the waitress took our drink order, she came back about 5 minutes later and said let me see where the bartender is at, it took another approximately 10 minutes for the bartender to show up then he made the drinks and then they said another five minutes so we was pushing 20 minutes before we ever got our drinks, there was only four people in the entire place , The staff ended up congregating at a table next to the bar with the F bombs clearly flying, that didn’t bother us too much, but not Professional. Then our drinks seem to set empty for a period of time while the entire staff was setting four tables away. I have noticed the place going downhill for over a year now, not sure what’s going on, but I hope to see them get it straightened out quickly.Parking: Plenty of parking was available because there is nobody inside

We got a seat quickly, but they are under staffed. Took awhile for the food, young guy at the bar dropping F bombs, told the guy with him he would take off his shirt, people beside us with kids left, I told the manager, started to eat our meal I got half way though mine, and I bite into to a 2 foot long hair, I pulled my food out of my mouth and spit it on the floor, I told the waitress that we are done, she told me she take it off my bill. I told her no keep it, and told her I was sorry for making her a mess on the floor, we left. Bad night at Applebee's

We arrived at 4pm. After we were seated at our table we sat there for 10 minutes before any of the waitresses came to our table. The one waitress that finally came to get our drink order said the hostess that seated us sat us in a table that the waitress assigned to our table hadn't been schedule to work yet. She finally got our drinks and took our order. I ordered a salad with my meal, the waitress assumed (never asked) I wanted my salad with my meal. We got my salad and our meals all at the same time about 1/2 hour later. Very poor hostess and wait staff was not very attentive

Went for our anniversary. We got seated quickly. We waited for 40 minutes and then left after no one waited on us. While they waited on others that just arrived. Worst experience I've ever had.
the food was absolutely mid wait time was an hour and a half our waiter was slurring her words might have been drunk the wings we got were like biting into leather

We've eaten here many times while traveling through to Cincinnati. Every time the food and service is great. Actually one of the best Applebee's we've eaten at.

Very busy, food was ok, service was good place was very crowded bathroom clean but
Was passing through and wanted something to eat. So we chose this place. When we went in there were several standing and waiting. So we stood there for about 15 mins before anyone came to us. After we said there was 3 of us, she said "our credit card machine is down and it's a 20 min wait to be seated. So we left. There were a few that walked out behind us that was standing there before we even went in that was mad because they stood there hard telling how long only to hear what we had just been told. And the girl that told us was very rude about it. I'll never stop at this place again!

Well I was there for Valentine's Day. there no help no real manger kids that worked there in regular clothes . No host food was burger was over done fries where cold. Service was poor hospitality wasn't up to par . They turned people way because the were telling them 40 min to an hour wait . The kids that did the host at the door didn't know how to host . There was no greeting no smile or ( hi welcome to Applebee's) . Nothing like that. They said there system went down since Thursday . It would be a while before I go back to Applebee's ? restaurant. Very very disappointed for Valentine's Day .
