Got 2 beef and cheddar delivered and there was no red ranch on it at all. Beef tasted dried out, like it was under the heat lamp for a few hours. This is coming from a former Arby's employee that would have never served such a sub-part sandwich.

My sandwich had hair all in it . Absolutely disgusting and not even an apology until we went to leave The clerks kept looking at me like I'm the one who did something wrong.
We will never return. The last time we went the workers were fighting and arguing.
It's also extremely overpriced. 11 dollars for a meal ?

I ordered a Arby’s Q and a couple other things my sandwich was as flat as a pancake with barely any meat on it both were that way my mozzarella cheese sticks were half cooked cheese not even melted I also ordered a sweet tea got more ice then tea you guys are expensive and food sucks

Purchased 2 for 7 chicken 2x. Chick was room temp and we got sick for several days after. Tomato's we're probably bad.
Went through the drive through and got a 2/6.99 and the lady was a great up sale and got me to get a fry as well. However, after paying my husband questioned the cost and I looked over my receipt to realize I was charged for two fries. I did tell them whatever mistakes happen I'll just keep it. Then I leave and all the fries are cold. So I got charged an extra fry and they were cold. I tried to call and talk to a manager and spent the whole time listening to them talk in the background and not come to the phone. The fish sandwich was hot but soggy like it had been fried earlier and heated up making the inside soggy. The beef and cheddar was good.
