Service was very slow at best. Hard to get refills on drinks. Food was just warm not hot. No butter brought out with pancakes. It ill be a long time before we go back again.

Love this restaurant 10/10 for sure! Great service , great food! You also definitely get what you pay for as well. Trelena Riley is the manager there and such a wonderful person! I will be eating there more often!

This wasn't our best experience at a Bob Evans. There appears to have been some sort of event occurring during our stop that created a huge delay in getting our food. You could see several other customers were struggling with getting their food timely as well. It seems they were not staffed well for what was happening. It wasn't the wait to be seated that was the problem.

Our visit was on 8/22/25. I had a breakfast meal which was so yummy. But I asked for my hash browns to have a crisp on them and they were just the white mushy potato pieces which appear to have been briefly put in a skillet, but not crisped. Everything else was amazing. My Mom had a fish dinner which she liked, but the fish pieces were kinda small. They were out of cole slaw, so they substituted another side which she was fine with her. The worst part is that i bought a loaf of pumpkin bread on the way out which was moldy. I didn't discover it until the next day, after I'd cut a piece and ate it in the dark that night. I was so grossed out and disappointed. The expiration was the next day (8/23), end of day. I sent a message to Bob Evans via messenger. I got a message back a few days later, saying i needed to contact another link (which is annoying-- they should forward the information so the customer doesn't have to do it all over again). This was about 10 days ago. I hate leaving anything bad in reviews, but this is just an honest review. Normally their pumpkin bread would be perfect.

TBH I told myself it was between here or Taco Bell, I should have gone to Taco Bell. Stake tips and broccoli very bland. Chicken was good, service/staff were great.
Ordered breakfast, food was brought out cold, waiter was polite.

The sausage pattys were solid black and burnt on one side and the loaded home frys also had some burnt to a crisp ash chunks in it. But everything else was good. Will probably skip this place next time and find somewhere else to go
