So Chandlers is now called Two Twelve Market and the food was amazing. Had the Shrimp and Grits, Fried Chicken and dessert amazing brownie with ice cream. Will define go back there. Full bar also available.

Read the reviews and most were good so thought we would give it a try. The dining room is still not open so ate at a table in the bar area which was fine. Service was excellent and so was the food. We both had steaks. They were cooked to perfection and the Mac n cheese is to die for. Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere,the owner was very charming. A very large menu, I had walleye that was cooked to perfection it was a special. They had a large beer,wine and bourbon selection.The wait staff was very helpful and courteous. Great find.

Amazing! Great food like you would expect at a nice restaurant in Cincinnati and in a nice restaurant atmosphere but in the surprising location of maysville.Right now only the bar area is open but they still serve great food... High-end-food, not just bar grub.But if you are in the mood for bar grub, try O'Rourke's down the street. It is great when you're in the mood for pizza or a sandwich.

The people are great, along with the atmosphere! I've been going to Maysville for about 16 years and just found this gem last week!! Wish I had found it 16 years ago!! The Ribeye was amazing and so was the service!! If you stop by, you'll probably meet Chandler the owner as well!! Great guy! The Bourbon selection is very nice also.

This was our first trip to Chandler's. We just wanted something different and not too far from home. It's "COVID season" so we sat outside (only the patio and the bar were open) and ordered from a limited options menu. It was a beautiful evening and they had a patio with a lot of potential. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. That's what earns this quaint little river town spot a 3-star rating. The food was nothing special. The artichoke dip was semi-warm (the cheese wouldn't even melt) and the pita was floppy; it needed another 30 seconds in the fryer to change the texture completely. The salads were straight from a food service bag...iceberg lettuce is still unimaginative, in my opinion. The shrimp and grits was just spicy enough, but the "C" shape of the shrimp gave away the fact that it was completely overcooked. The pepper char on the steak was a bit overboard--just not to our liking, but some people apparently do like it that way. Maybe it was not their best night due to circumstances, darn COVID, so I'll have to try it again, despite the $65 price tag. But next time, I'll bring friends. That patio really was neat.
