We have tried this place several times. I must be stupid to have gone again! But its the ONLY Chinese place within 30 miles from us. First, the prices are way too high, for the low quality of the food. I went to get 2 buffet meals. The buffet had been only open for 1-2 hours and the few choices that were there, were barely lukewarm. So I put 3 egg rolls and some green beans in it. Then I order pint portions of Broccoli with Garlic Sauce, and Chicken Chow Mein.. The chow mein, had no chicken in it and consisted of only onions and a bit of celery. It had no bok choy and was super watery . The Broc w/ garlic sauce, while the broccoli was cooked correctly , the the garlic sauce wasnt as spicy as it should be, I saw no garlic bits and no seaweed, and only 3 tiny bits of red pepper. It too was wayery. I had ordered 2 egg rolls b/ c the ones paid for by " the Pound" were small and I knew my husband loved them. I got stiffed for the egg rolls. The wonton soup was fair but lacked the traditional scallions . I asked for duck sauce and hot mustard and he only gave me 2 of each. NEVER AGAIN!!! No soy sauce in the bag either.All this cost me $31plus change. Save your money people .put the cash in your gas tank and head for Morehead. Better still, drive to Lexington!! BTW I never write bad reviews! Make Chinese at home. Cheaper and tastier!

Do not go here expecting this to be an all you can eat “buffet”. This is a pay by the pound, eat out of to go containers restaurant. The food quality was very good however I was taken back by the pay by the pound policy. For example two of us ate one container each and one canned pop each for $30.00!

This place used to be decent. Not the best(definitely preferred Golden Dragon over them) but a lot better than what they are now. "dine in" is eating out of styrofoam boxes and you're charged per lb. of food and per can of pop.I just go to Ichiban in Alexandria and I hear there's a really nice and large buffet in Florence. I won't ever go to this place again.

Great food. Very unusual setup: when you walk in they hand you a to go box which you can fill from what looks like a buffet, then you have to take it to be weighed and pay for it. You can still sit in the restaurant and eat it, but it's not a buffet, even though it's setup like one. You also get a tiny plastic fork and a tiny paper napkin.One thing to note is they do have a grill, so you can get vegetables and raw meat on a REAL PLATE and hand it to a chef who will cook it for you, and then hand it back to you IN A TO GO BOX.The food really is good, but it feels like you are an inconvenience to them.

Used to love this place and used to be the best place for Asian food in Maysville. Not only is it the only Chinese buffet in Maysville but now it’s horrible because they charge by the pound of food. Whoever came up with this idea is messed up because it’s basically the same thing as ordering from a menu.

this place is awesome! sure you pay by the pound now, but the gentleman who runs it is incredibly nice and explains it all very simply. the food is still as good as it always has been! please stop and see this kind man!

The food was cold off of the bar, which makes seafood dangerous. We actually were going stay there and eat. We ended up taking our boxes and leaving. Throwing the food away, and going to eat else where..The man that brought out a new dish for the bar was handling the food without gloves on. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I am probably more devastated. I am sure they haven't been able to dig out of the mess the covid put alot of businesses in.Parking: You park yourself in the parking lot.
