We placed a mobile order and came through the Drive-thru at the pick up time. There was a bit of a line but we was ok with a bit of a wait. However it quickly became obvious that the Drive-thru was not a priority. With atleast 5 cars behind us we waited 15 minutes at the speaker and was not greeted. After we pull past the speaker we clearly see the car in front of us (at the DT Window) recieve our drinks and recipe and give them back. Once we arrived at the window, the cashier attempted too give us the same drinks and foods that was handed too the other car. We love coming to this dunkin but this was possibly the worst service I have ever received, with 2 Starbucks in town I am now questioning whether it is worth it too return.

i’ve been like a handful of times in total since it’s been open & every single time my drink is nasty. the whole cup is just full of ice and it’s honestly ridiculous. pay $6 for a drink that is gone in maybe 10 drinks ? i’m not one to complain about service unless it’s actually just terrible. and it’s terrible idc. like is there no standard or what.. genuinely confused.

We ordered 4 coffees, and none were correct. The egg and cheese everything bagel was missing the egg, it only had the cheese and the bagel was burnt. We drove back around and they said their oven is set on auto so there is nothing they can do about it but they also said that other customers have the same complaint about it burning theirs too! They forgot to add the Carmel in one coffee. The other 3 were supposed to be original hot coffees with cream and sugar, they were given to us as plain black coffees no cream or sugar.

The service was good and one of the girls was very friendly however, everybody just seem kinda lazy. They screwed up my first order then I asked for something completely different and they half did the order. I asked for espresso shot in my cold brew, but they only made the cold brew. Besides that one girl with the glasses who was very bubbly open and friendly everybody else just seem dry unwelcoming and frankly, it just felt like they didn’t wanna serve me. Never again

The donuts were ok but I ordered hash browns and a grilled cheese the hash browns were a little oily but I dealt with them but the grilled cheese was so over cooked the cheese was stiff and the bread was so hard you couldn't even bite into it. My first time ordering and not sure if I will go back unless food gets better.
Everything was delicious and fresh, orders were exactly right, and employees were polite and helpful!

So I ordered a breakfast sandwich and when i got it there was some white stuff on my bread and bacon. I asked them to make it with new ingredients, when I received the sandwich again. It was the same bread which the cook had picked off the inside where the white stuff was as well as the same bacon with the white stuff on it. They handed me back the same sandwich. There is no excuse for this. Disgusting 🤢

Dunkin donuts with no donuts. That's right! Went through the drive through and what a terrible experience it was... We ordered a hot mocha with extra whipped cream none in it tried to pay for extra and still didn't get any. lol asked for a donut said they didn't have any!! The mocha was undrinkable!! Awful tasting. New staff 🤷 idk I'm hoping they get it all worked out soon. At this point I would not recommend.

The service will improve as they gain experience. They have to be given a learning curve. I was disappointed with their selection of doughnuts. They offer Bavarian Cream, which I detest, but no white cream, which I love. Online, they list many choices, but they're not on the menu. They ran out of jelly doughnuts. It was clean and cheerful inside.

Donuts were delicious and staff were awesome considering the behavior of demanding customers. This was a grand opening and the long line should be expected. I suggest to the lady who stomped out like she was wearing swamp boots to return when it's been open a while and with a more grown up attitude. Excellent!
