The service will improve as they gain experience. They have to be given a learning curve. I was disappointed with their selection of doughnuts. They offer Bavarian Cream, which I detest, but no white cream, which I love. Online, they list many choices, but they're not on the menu. They ran out of jelly doughnuts. It was clean and cheerful inside.
Donuts were delicious and staff were awesome considering the behavior of demanding customers. This was a grand opening and the long line should be expected. I suggest to the lady who stomped out like she was wearing swamp boots to return when it's been open a while and with a more grown up attitude. Excellent!
Good service and good donuts! We ordered three apple fritters. It was the afternoon, so we didn’t have long to wait. The drive-thru lady with the very long hair was so, so sweet and friendly, and when it turned out they didn’t have that many apple fritters, she offered an alternative (cinnamon rolls, delicious!) and gave us a free donut for the inconvenience! Definitely recommend!
