Yesterday around 6:15pm, I purchased 8pc bone-in Chicken meal, Famous Recipe. 8 pcs chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw and biscuits. Spent around $29. The chicken should have been discarded long before I arrived. It had dried out, and skin was so old and crunchy we pulled skin off in order to eat some of the meat. We all agreed the mashed potatoes and gravy was best part of meal. Coleslaw was delicious but too coarse for my parents to chew. Coleslaw would be a personal choice; the flavor was good. Server was pleasant and meal prepared quickly. I will add if this Lee's Famous Recipe is associated with the Lee's Famous Recipe in Mount Sterling, KY, your crew needs to work with them and learn how to serve customers good food. They are always busy and I have never had a bad meal from Mount Sterling location.

The staff was friendly and prompt to take my order. The building was clean but seemed to be older. I had the 3 piece meal with potato wedges and biscuit. This was very good, tender and very filling. All this and a drink for about $10. Very satisfied!

Just went thru drive thru , requested that the baked beans be in a side container versus the box due to the baked beans getting over everything in the box . Was told mgr said they weren’t allowed . Just as I suspected the baked beans are every where. It’s ridiculous. Customer service is long gone .

My biscuit was little burnt but otherwise my food was good and are service was very good because was so busy
Gave me livers instead of fried chicken at drive through and got home 12 miles away, took back layer and they refused to give me a refund!

Since when does it cost u extra money to get an 8 piece dark meat chicken than it would to get an 8 piece mix. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I paid $32 for all dark meat instead of getting a mix of white and dark for 27.99. Please explain where that happens and why. I'm not very happy that's for sure.

Not one to ever write reviews but man went to this place today and this service just sucked. The workers were very hostile and inpatient they were just very rude. I never been there before and took a second to order and the girl was very impatient and getting annoyed for me taking a second to figure out what I wanted. When I was leaving I needed a box so went up to the register and the woman who took my order saw me in the back and just rolled her eyes at me and someone else came up and she was also very hostile. Just over all workers suck and are just very hostile for no reason with their customers go somewhere else if you want friendly service.

Need to disclose to your customers how much of a surcharge you are putting on their orders for using a credit card. Also disclose what the minimum purchase is to avoid the extra fee.
