Always a bad experience. Try to give them opportunities to improve doesn't happen. Just recently wanted to come in pay for food for 10 people, 10 pizzas 10 drinks and then let them the 10 people pick up the food. Said I couldn't do that. Called another chain store and they took care of me.

pizza was nasty very little cheese was flipped in box order bread stick only 3 not enough for grandbabies kids wouldn't eat it. waist of money. I'm done with them. Paris KY is great but to far. good fast service there.

The funny looking monster name Sara S. Is I'm guessing the manager well she really is observant to be looking all in my vehicle to tell me that I already received my sauce and my Mt. Dew. But wasn't to observant on how long I sat in the parking lot waiting on a Warm and not ready pizza and bread sticks that I had to wait 35 minutes on. This place is a joke and in the morning I calling the Better Business Bureau on them I was starting to think they was on some racist stuff but after reading the other people review this place do stuff like this all the time. Come on Pizza Pizza. Next time it'll be Pizza Hut On God!

Zero all across no stars I waited 35 minutes on a hot and ready after working a 10 shift only reason I came there was expecting the pizza to be done after paying I was told to park and come back thru the drive thru in 20 minutes I watched the girl bring everyone food to them but mine I even asked her about my food she said she would check and never came back so I pulled to the drive thru and the red head Sara was so rude my food was cold I will never again go there
