This place needs to be closed one of the worst McDonald's around. Use the mobile app an still wait for close to an hour to get food then is cold an wrong. I really can understand why people even go there anymore. Someone in upper management need to do something about this place. Thy are rude an not friendly at all you go in there get treated like a plane piece of crap. Me personally won't shop at maysville McDonald's.

Now it's a hit or miss. If there's a short line in the drive-thru, chances are the kitchen isn't backed up. Good chance the fries đ are fresh and hot. No one in line? Chances are the fries were hot 15 minutes ago. Good luck with this one. Long scary line around the block? Head home. Call Pizza Hut. They have great french fries.

The worst experience ever. Waited 17 minutes for my food inside. Mine was the 8 order that was incorrect and had to be fixed. Open sandwich and it was cold and fries were cold after having order fixed. People sitting in drive thru coming in to complain that they sat waiting for 20 minutes on one quarter pounder. Full of employees. I would have been embarrassed to have been working.
Unbelievably rude every person who works in there, and donât ask for anything cause theyâll slam it in your hands and slam the window, they can never put everything in the bag and wonât let you continue ordering âis that itâ âis that itâ please pick any other McDonaldâs than this one canât even enjoy the food disgusting people disgusting place

They should announce when a sandwich deal is over & The commercial shouldnât still be on Tv & McDonaldâs should honor it Example the McRib I went to the restaurant in Maysville, Ky 41056 & The Manager said it was over the night before So I was a day late I was bummed out Iâm sure they had the meat,(in freezer) sauce,bun, in back of course they have the quarter onions, pickles already I used to work for McDonaldâs for 7 yrs. Different ones they should sell whatâs left of the product Or give to the Homeless Bc itâs going to be thrown away what a waste
