That would be crystal at the chrck out line. she did an outstanding job of suspending my transaction holding my items and transferring to the adjacent cashier as needed. Went above and beyond with a smile on her face the entire time. Crystal you rock! You exemplify the type of employee that Walmart needs to maintain standard behavior practices. The other two interactions will go unnamed. One being the second cashier and the other being the person at the customer service counter when I made a return. Not a hello. Or thank you. Just goes to show you for everyone great employee they'll be a few that have a terrible day and decide to take it out on their customer. Just getting the job done anymore is not enough. Remember, you choose how you make your day either good or bad.“
