Penn Station East Coast Subs

Definitely not the experience I expect when I visit Penn Station. Dining room needed cleaning, food took over 30 minutes to come out, and staff seemed less than happy to be working that day.

On the plus side, food did not reflect the other issues in the restaurant. Hot, fresh, and delicious as usual.

1/2/26. Sanitation!! The young lady who was finishing the orders kept the same gloves on the whole time we were there. She answered the phone, used the p.o.s. system to enter call in orders. Coughed into her gloved hands, portioned out fries, and used her hands to put the finishing condiments on sandwiches. It made me queasy just watching. My lunch was ruined. The other staff was pleasant and professional. Just need further staff training on glove usage.

We needed a fast warm meal tonight. SO, we stopped at Penn Station. We each had a warm sandwich that was tasty and get two big cookies to have with hot chocolate when we arrived at our hotel. Warmed the tummy twice!!!! 🍪

My friend and I were in the area last night shopping. We stopped here to use the restroom and get a drink. As we entered, no one spoke or acknowledged us. We used the restroom and went to the cash register to order drinks and neither of the three employees spoke or came to us. They huddled up in the sandwich area and ignored us. We left and stopped at a gas station to get drinks.

The location is amazing and food always great but whomever the manager is there is awful. He was degrading and yelling at his employees in front of customers and being rude and cruel for no reason. I won’t be back because I cannot suppose a manager who talks to their employees the way he did! Unacceptable

Always good

All was excellent...

The guys that work here are very pleasant, but they have a gal that is rude and has no customer service in mind at all. Gone are the days of feeling like a valued customer. Now, you are treated like an annoyance. I miss people smiling and actually looking at you. Now, not even a thank you when you pay.

For the price you would think fries would come with the sandwich , good was good but opinion they are overrated
