I am currently waiting for food I ordered an hour ago. I got here when it was supposed to be done, waited in the drive thru for half an hour, was told they burned my pizza and had to start over, and now was just barely told that they don't know where my food is and they have to start all over. Time, gas, money have been wasted. Do yourselves a favor and go to Dominos.
I updated to 2 stars because the manager gave me a future credit when I complained, after waiting another 10 minutes...

Absolutely ridiculous , So I order online and get a two liter mountain dew with my order. A doordasher brings my food and when asked about the drink they tell me to contact pizza hut. I call pizza hut and they tell me to contact doordash so I call doordashs customer service. That poor indian man called them constantly and they kept hanging up on him. Yeah they offered me credits but thats not gonna make up for putting that guy through all that nonsense cause they wouldn’t answer the people THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT. Absolutely shameful and i work in the restaurant business and always try my best to keep my cool regarding these kinds of things cause I understand how tough it can be sometimes

I worked at pizza-hut for over 7 months and I got sick and could not work i told tom the manager that runs several stores even the one in portsmouth Ohio and they owed me over $100 on my check and they will not pay me or will tom answer me when I call or text him now I got 14 or 15 hours of work at $12.00 a hour how do I go bout getting my money that pizza-hut owes me I got a lawyer but if they would pay me my very small check they owe me I wouldn't have to go talk to my lawyer

The building was dark. It looked to be abandoned and closed but was not. One employee working. Pizza made in great timing.
