The drinks are always great and the service is amazing too, but i guess they started implementing a new policy where on 50% off days and buy one get one free days everything has to be ordered through app now. Even though the Starbucks app clearly states you can ask a barista to apply the discount. I’m unable to order through the app due to my drink having a customization you can’t make on there, as well as the only payment it accepts is a Starbucks card where the minimum reload is $10. Doesn’t make much sense to spend $10 to be able to get a half off drink. My advice to Starbucks would be to remove the “or ask a barista” option if that’s not actually an option.

I ordered at 5:31pm and waited til 5:56pm For mine to be ready.There are 6 people behind the counter but 1 doin register and 1 mixing the drinks. The rest??? Good question , standing around@Not happy with service

The last two drinks I’ve gotten I’ve ordered cold foam and they charge me for it but do not put any on it.
