It was just ok until I got home and my family started eating the food and some of it was messed up so I tried calling them back 3 times but NO ONE WOULD ANSWER so I will call in the morning and speak with a manager.

Will not use kiosk, I do not work for them. So we turned around and left. When I go to a restaurant I should not have to put the order in myself, that’s why I’m at a restaurant, to be waited on. So much for them fighting for more money, just taking and replacing them with a machine/computer.

Good tasting food on a late night run. Thank you for staying open late Friday night 10-11-2024 ! Also had my 1st taste of Crunch wrap - not a messy choice salad & taco all in one. Especially the dining room area, just needed a break ➕️ it's hard to eat traveling down the road in the dark. Thanx, again.

Went to this Taco Bell last weekend with my grandmother. One employee seemed high and was walking back and forth while we were ignored by the other employees. The service sucked as well as the food. My chicken cheese quesadilla had barely any cheese on one side with half of the quesadilla having a sparse amount of chicken. Service was so slow, we watched another customer get tired of waiting and left. Would not recommend.
Normally pretty good, last order was horrible. Everything was wrong, cold, bread was hard as stone. I put most of it into the trash. I won't be eating there for a good while.....

Went in for a quick bite. Wish I would have kept driving by. Place was filthy food portions were like they were rationing out 1 taco but spreading it out to be 6 tacos. Not to mention I paid for extra. 4 people returning food while I sat and ate while I cried in silence. Do yourself a favor and don’t eat here. This experience may keep me from ever eating Taco Bell again they’ve all became pretty bad but this is by far the worst

If I could give a no star I would. If you are losing sales it is because of your staff and their service. I had to go back FOUR TIMES to get my order correct and the gentleman upfront was THROWING the wrong orders into the back. He was very rude to over four different customers and instead of helping them just cussed and did refunds. I was not rude, hateful or anything. I just wanted to eat with my family. I haven't been here in months and this is the main reason why
