Couldn't even get an order placed. The employee taking the order kept forgetting the entire order and talking over us. Eventually they just cut us off and tried to charge us for stuff we didn't order. A complete waste of time and money.

The crew working was more into playing and cutting up instead of waiting on customers. The manager was talking and didn't seem to care what the employees were doing. Not one person inside eating and one car in drive through. It took about 5 minutes before they finally came to the register only to just stand there. So I had to ask if they're were ready to take my order. They replied... yeah. When the food came out the fries weren't salted and cold and the Plain burger had everything on it.... after repeating the order twice. I then said give me my money back. I got attitude from both the guy and the I'm assuming a Manager. WORST WENDY'S I'VE EVER BEEN IN. THIS IS A NORMAL FOR THIS LOCATION SADLY....EPIC FAIL...FIRE THEM ALL.

Worst Wendy's in 100 mile radius easy. Extremely common to not get any veggies on a jbc, if they are out of an ingredient they wont tell you they just ship it out like its normal. Have to wait 10 Mins to order with no line if you go inside. Most the workers especially night shift make you feel unwelcome and are quite rude. A few smoke weed on shift and be ringing everything in wrong. The entire store is a joke fr. I love Wendy's food but I would avoid this location if at all possible.

Horrible. Manger couldn’t get an order right on a Saturday at 12p. What should be a quick stop ended up taking 3 times as long because the manger couldn’t focus on one task and needs to learn how to delegate better

If the bathroom is any indication of the cleanliness of the kitchen, this place is in trouble. The bathroom was dumpster fire! The staff was nice and the food came up quickly but the dining room was a mess, too. The floor, the table tops and chairs all had food on them.

The burger buns were hard, like stalled, and the chicken nuggets were hard and cold. But the worst part was the customer service. When ordering through the drive thru, the employee sounded annoyed... like they didn't want to be there. The person at the window had customer service skills or manners.

Had to wait a long time for the food. Didn't get my drink, they said it wasn't on the order but it was. The burger was cold and tasted old. The bacon was burnt to a crisp. The lobby was locked but no sign saying the lobby was closed. Maysville, Kentucky Wendy's is something to be desired. I'd go somewhere else.

We ordered 4 son of B's extra bacon add onion. And a med fry. The fry was sooooo nasty. And we got shorted a sandwich count.......gee one two three four we work hard for the money too. And we chose there. Sucked.

Ordered Bacon, Egg Croissant with no cheese. Received Sausage, Egg and Cheese on Croissant after 20 minute wait with no one in line. Breakfast fries were half cooked and cold. Ordered coffee got small sweet tea. I've been there several times and the order is never right
