4 cars ahead of me and after 30 minutes of waiting finally got my drink. One taking orders and 2 making drinks, I mean I’d understand if it was just one person making drinks, but come on do they not train these kids to make a simple drink?!

I love coming to 7 Brew most mornings to grab a delicious coffee before work. The staff are always friendly, fast and efficient. They have a point system where you actually accumulate enough points to get free drinks, I have free drinks on my account all the time! You won't be disappointed!

This location has too many teens working in it. They take forever to make drinks, you have multiple workers just chilling in the front of the building talking to each other instead of walking down the line of cars and taking orders (like the St. Matthews location does and they are faster and have better service).
One afternoon during a week day I came to get a drink and one of the teen workers spent at least 4 minutes talking to a car of teens all the while you had cars just lined up waiting to place their orders.
I’m all for teens having jobs but please train your teen workers on customer service and getting the job done!

I love the workers here. They are all very nice and work hard to get our drinks out as fast as possible! They never fail to make my drink right! I love coming here before school or before church! The workers are always super sweet! Such a great spot for coffee! The one thing that would make this place better is if they had some type of food to go with the coffee!! Other than that this place is great!

Even though I live on the other side of the city, this is the ONLY 7 Brew I want to visit! The energy, the service, and the friendliness here are unmatched. Carter and Jenna are absolute rockstars and make every visit an amazing experience!
Carter and Jenna are amazing shift leads! They’re always so sweet and welcoming every time we come through. You can really tell they care about their customers, and they make the experience at 7 Brew absolutely wonderful. We’re not from the area but make it a point to stop when we’re there, because this is one of our favorite locations!

I came through the drive-thru and was met by 2 girls, I think their names were gabbie and bella, they pet my dog and they were the cutest! Everyone was so sweet! This place has such good energy with great music, a great atmosphere and all my friends love it. They also have great pup cups!
