I love this place so much! My son and I get a tea and/or a shake almost everyday. (Try the TMNT and the Skittles teas and try the German Chocolate Cake shake- YUMMY!). Megan and Chris are welcoming and knowledgable and they have inspired me, and supported me in my health journey. Middletown Nutrition is a MUST TRY!

Everyone that works has always been super kind, helpful, and supportive about your goals. The shakes are yummy! The teas are yummy! Would come back again all of the time.

My first time there loved everything about it. I had a chocolate banana shake it was really good. The Cherry Limeade Tea was very tasty. If you haven’t been you must try it.

I found out my body can’t process synthetic b12. After talking to Meghan I found out these teas have pure b12 vitamins. We found a tea she thought I would like. I absolutely love them. They give me a burst of energy without making my heart rate high. Plus I don’t have the crash afterwards.
