They now make you pull up a QR code, place your order and send it to the kitchen yourself and pay by credit card. There is no way on that app to ask for changes like extra mayo, etc... The bar drinks are still done by a server. We received pre-packaged utensils with one napkin. I will NOT be back to any Buffalo Wild Wings where corporate has chosen to put these practices in place.
