Came inside there were atleast 8 tables dirty and took forever to clean. Waitress was extremely rude and sat piping hot metal trays in front of my 1 year old and didn’t really help move anything. Took 15 mins to come and get our drink order. Was very rude to my wife when asking about carrots of all things for our child. Really didn’t care about us or any other table and just sat around not doing anything and acted like it was a huge bother for her to get us food and waited even longer for a thing of Mac and cheese and mozzarella sticks. NEVER WANNA COME BACK HERE AT ALL!!!!!

Maybe I should have read the reviews first but outer loop , taylorsville and now middletown all are not good. Service was terrible, did not listen to our order, sides were missing , no refills, slow Monday night with 1 other table and our food took over 45 mins. Food was ok, wait staff hid the whole time only seen them come out once or twice, some random guy brought us a water instead if sprite. IOP:2 adults 2 kids. Only came because we had a gift card spent 70 plus a tip. Next time I will give our gift cards to someone in need. Hire a manager who actually cares and supervises staff.

very disappointing. i have it a chance after missing items about 2 or 3 times in my takeout order. but the wings have barely any sauce half the time or they’re drowned in it. very inconsistent and reflects on not only workers but management to make sure these things don’t happen. i hope this helps you guys do better with all due respect.

Dirty. Was handed menus that were covered in wing sauce. If they can’t simply wipe off their menus, I’m not eating what comes out of the kitchen. We were gone in less than 60 seconds.

Came in to eat with the family around 6pm and was seated without the restaurant not being too busy. Ten minutes in we finally get a server to order drinks and appetizer. Fifteen minutes later, we receive our drinks and appetizer together and still haven’t been asked for our main order. Fifteen more minutes go by, (40 minutes total inside restaurant at this point) we decide to leave and go eat somewhere else. We will not be back at this location.

We walked in and were ignored by multiple employees for nearly 15 minutes. We were told that the dining room was closed, but the bar had open seating. We decided to try the bar area and every single table was dirty.

Really tired of not receiving my full order. Nobody has picked up the phone after calling three times either. A few of us order together at work and pick-up. The order not being correct is becoming a regular thing. Added a photo, should have 10 wings in each box.
Arrived at 7pm left at 8:25 p.m. never received our order.

We were there at 6:30 'ish. Place was packed. Our bartender/server (Kayla) was amazing! It appeared she was taking care of the customers at the bar along with the seated tables. She was on top of everything. The food came out very quickly and was delicious. This was on a BOGO Thursday no less. Will definitely be back!

Ordered wings for my son's birthday, order was perfect, hot, and ready for pick up as scheduled. Wonderful experience and everyone enjoyed the wings and tenders!
