Coals pizza was fantastic, We ordered the garlic herb bread sticks, the brownsboro pizza and a Portland pizza. The Portland being the white pizza with a roasted chicken and arugula topped with carmalaized onions. The brownsboro is my friend Sam's go to pizza.

This pizza was a wonderful surprise. The pizza flavors were quite original and some we had never thought of before. The waiter was fantastic and made some excellent recommendations. Overall, some of the best pizza we have had in a while.

The pizza, claiming to be the best Artisan pie in Louisville, tasted reasonably good but was flaccid. The underside was soggy wet and even the smallest piece could not be picked up with one hand. Not just ours, either. All those around us were doing the two-handed lift, trying to get a bite before stuff slid off.
