Really solid burger. For better or worse, the service did leave something to be desired. I found the workers in the back/cooking area more helpful than the counter. In fairness to them, I have only dined in one time, so maybe the front area was having a bad day.

It's ok. More or less the same as Dairy Queen or Steak & Shake. It's newer so it seems more appealing. I think that'll wear off over time.

Normally food is great here, but I’ve noticed a trend. If you dine in you get a mountain of fries and a ton of cheese. My husband ordered a large cheese fry in the drive thru today. What he brought home felt barely a regular size fry with very little cheese on it. I know this is nitpicking but with food prices getting higher it would be nice to at least get what you paid for.
Love the burgers and shakes. No matter how busy they are, the wait is never too long.

The service was horrible we ordered 3 different combos plus additional cheese curds & onion rings Instead of giving us our combos with fries they took the fries & replaced with the extra onion rings & cheese curds but charged us for everything then when I said something she said o I thought you said instead of I said I ordered extra sides for the entire table to share I didn't ask to substitute anything she got a bad attitude about it

Awesome place to go if you are looking for a simple food menu. And the cheese curds are better than Culver's oh and the shakes and concrete shakes are fabulous.
