New system is horrible. We have been going to Hometown for years. We always order a small pork sausage. Under old management it was $8.99. Now for $8.99 you get just cheese. The pork sausage is $1.25 extra. We will be going elsewhere from now on. I feel we can get better value anywhere else.

Ordered a carry out pizza and two house salads at 7:04 was told it will be ready in about 20 minutes 20 minutes turned into a 45 minute wait . No explanation no I am sorry for your wait. Do better hometown

There are armless cooks who make two pizzas in 45 minutes, and the lying girl said the pizza would be ready in 10 minutes, but the pizza was ready in 30 minutes, no respect for the client, she was still trying to be sarcastic

Odered hometown special with no onions and no black olives. Got there and had onions on it. Was clearly posted on recpt no onions and olives. Only teenagers in there and appears they do not care or have pride in their work. Not the 1st rime have had issues here, i do not recmnd this location. Been a customer over 20 years and its a shame they cant get employees that will pay attention ro the orders. Used to be superb! Not anymore.

Asked for salad before my pizza didn't happen. In eating young man bushes hair no hat wait never had gloves on. Young lady taking pizzas out of the oven no hair restraints. She also touch her face and hair at least 8 times no gloves no hand washing. Server never check back on me pretty disappointed. From a health code standard there setting them self for the locals to get ill (flu,covid, pneumonia). I would highly not eating here. Pizza was also pretty soggy. Little to no sauce at all

They put my sauce cups in the middle of my pizza smashing it,why would you do something so gross? No other company does this, it's unsanitary.

Three of us went in for dinner and got sat in the very back... Sat there for 25+ minutes and was never even asked what we wanted to drink. No interaction whatsoever. Waitress walked by our table multiple times and talked to the table directly next to us, but ignored us. Also, I can could see to the back and the guy tossing the dough had no gloves on. We gave up and left.
