This Hometown Pizza is the best in the city, hands down!!! Everything is ALWAYS fresh and made with love. The staff are absolutely amazing as well!They make you feel like you're apart of the family 🤗 Its quite refreshing to encounter excellent customer service! Horrible place.. rude service. Waitresses are lazy and slow. And they don't even care to make the food right and they hang up on customers. I would like corporates number to file a complaint.

Not very happy with the customer service today. I had to call five times before anyone answered the phone today at around 5:00 to be able to place a pickup order. once I got to the restaurant around 5:30 to pick my pizzas up there was no customers in this restaurant at all and the girl that was checking me out was not very customer-friendly. In fact the phone was ringing and they just ignored it. What has happened to customer service anymore I was just to the point I was going to go to another Pizza business and get my pizzas. Very unhappy with the customer service today

Stick to the pizza, I ordered a crispy chicken salad and its literally reheated frozen nuggets... The pizza is good, especially the thin crust!
