Was pulled up at the drive thur and waited over 20 mins for one sandwich and still order was not brought out. Went inside and my order was just sitting there behind the counter. My food is now cold.

I would give 5 stars but they discontinued the Napa almond chicken salad sandwich.

The worst panera bread. I ate a turkey bacon bravo and got sick.
I wish I took a picture I was just so mad I just threw it away. I work across the street. My husband went to pick up my lunch for me to have. He got there when they first open mind you so everything SHOULD have been fresh. When I got to my Broccoli cheddar soup it was watery, and separated. It was not even edible. My Salad hardly had any lettuce in it and what lettuce it did have was wilted and brown. The chicken in the salad was very wet for some reason. Food coast way too much to be messed up. It use to be a place you could go and didn’t mind spending the money for it because you knew it would be good quality. If I want crap in a bag I can go to McDonald’s for that.
First time my iced coffee wasn't stirred but fast friendly service

I got a chipotle avocado melt, with my favorite ingredient being the avocado, but they forgot it. It was quite upsetting considering the long wait. It was also missing sauce and cilantro:( treated myself to nothing.

Had this pastry with cherry. Can’t remember the name but it tasted very good. Loved it.

They barely dressed our Veggie Mediterranean and Croque Toast sandwiches. They assumed that we wanted chips with our order, so they gave us three bags of chips, instead of asking us for our side options for our meals. Our Croque Toast sandwich was burnt as well. A $30 order by the way.
There is consistently no one behind the counter to take an order. I stopped here 2 to 3 times per week simple things like keeping the coffee creamer available are often overlooked as far as Panera’s go. This one is just OK.

Very good shop very good mechanic
Did not get my order right and had to throw it away .. paid for nothing and wasted gas driving there
Prices are slightly high for the portion received on sandwiches. But, the sandwiches are fabulous! Great soup and salads.
Closed before closing time. Pulled in at 836 pm. They close at 9pm. And couldn’t give a reason why or even have the courtesy to respond
