I’ve ate at many, many Panera’s and have had good and bad experiences. This was definitely a good experience and the folks were very polite. Highly recommend.

A+ for Ann!! She didn't take my order but she made my food and explained that the hold up was trying to find a good avocado. When I told her that I ordered a sandwich that wasn't even supposed to have avocado she gladly remade it for me! Her vibe was so cute! Love that!

I visit this location often and to me is the better Panera in the area. The staff is very nice and the food is great. I always look forward to coming in the mornings and chatting with the management. It was usual Panera. We were a bit disappointed in the outlets for charging your computer or phone while you work. We only found 1! But our food was good. We just couldn’t stay and work like we had hoped.

I always enjoy going to panera. I recently went to buy cinnamon rolls, and all four were burned. I didn't know it until I made it home. I was highly disappointed. Next time, I'll go inside the store and pick my own.

Came in earlier this afternoon excited to get some mac n cheese , went to go eat it and it was nothing but water . the flavor was bland and it’s unlike paneras food to taste like that , but now i won’t be coming back to this location .

Absolutely the worst, the lady at the counter has no idea of the menu or how to speak to people and then you order something and then she tells you after the fact you pay that they don’t have itThe guy making the food puts things on that you asked not to have and you send it back and he remakes it the sameThe place overall is very dirtyTables dirtySo over piled dishes everywhereNo one cleans up
