Ordered and two hours later no pizza. So I called and the employee said he would make the pizzas and bring them personally. By 10:30 pm my wife and I gave up and went to bed. Middletown ky pizzahut completely failed last night.

I so wish the dining area would open. Love their pizza, introduced it to our kiddos. They loved it and the cheesesticks.

I drove 36 minutes from home for a dine-in pizza hut and dine in area was being remodeled so I drove another 14 minutes to a different location that offered dine-in. They had booths but worker said fountain machines and area lights not working. Tables were packed with pizza boxes and two employees sitting at the only clean table.Over priced at $27 for a carry out medium 1 topping, order of breadsticks, and single 20oz drink.What happened to pizza hut? Maybe you should consider shutting down all louisville locations. I was embarrassed bringing my child to a place I loved as a child.

Our favorite pan pizza, extra sauce, $11, eating in the car with our dogs. Location is closing. Will be sad, many memories in the dinning room. The manager and her son are hard workers! Would give them 5 if we could eat inside.

My wife and I were big papa Johns and before coming here. Our favorite is the stuffed crust pepperoni. Last night we had a pizza that looked like it came right from a Pizza Hut commercial. It was amazing. Well done! I am told the person responsible for that Pizza was Robert.

Worst service. My order was delivered almost after 1hr 20 min and still half order was delivered. After making 15-20 calls, I was unable to connect the store. No one was picking the call.On tip of that, the pizza was hardly having cheese on it. It was 90-95% of bread.
The moment you realize that this is exactly why you never order Pizza Hut but you thought they might actually do better for once. Nope, it was mistake...absolute garbage because that's exactly where it went...into the garbage.

I was very disappointed with my order at Pizza Hut. I chose to use curbside delivery. I clicked the emailed link to let the store know I was there, I was redirected to call, I called, no one answered, I called again and I was hung up on. I went inside to get my order it wasn't ready even though I arrived a few minutes after the email said my order would be ready. About ten minutes later I was informed that one of my pizzas had to be remade because it was dropped on the floor. I understand that everyone is short staffed at this point, but businesses should be more realistic about promise times of orders. And if curbside delivery isn't realistic because of staffing issues, don't offer it. And if Pizza Hut could bring back crust finisher options that would be great!

Honor the curbside pickup. Employee said they could not go out at night. Have the food ready on time, I was told 5 more minutes three times after I went in because no one came to the car. Wait time was 30 minutes in the parking lot. Make the thin and Crispy actually Crispy. Put some cheese on the thin and crispy. Overall this meal was terribly disappointing.

Showed up at 10 and didnt realize the lobby was closed. I was super embarrassed but the manager was so amazing. She said no worries and got me out the door in no time! She was so wonderful to talk to and I really wish I'd have got her name! 10 out of 10, will go back to that Pizza Hut again, even if it was a little bit of a drive. Thanks again for the amazing dinner! <3

Took over two hours from order to delivery. On arrival it was missing 2 of 6 items i received. Its was cold and not cut well. Hugely disappointed as PH is my favorite chain pizza. Very poor experience.
