The moment you realize that this is exactly why you never order Pizza Hut but you thought they might actually do better for once. Nope, it was mistake...absolute garbage because that's exactly where it went...into the garbage.

So one pizza and 16 wings for $35 that's a bit much. I ordered ahead and sat there for a while with not one person saying anything to me at all then some guy walks in and she immediately tended to him , that's very rude. Also the damn pizza didn't taste good at all, like it was stale. The food wasn't even appetizing at all. I'll stay away from this location. If your smart to will too!

First of all I selected the curbside pickup option but when I pulled up there was a big, hand written, sign In the window reading "CURBSIDE UNAVAILABLE. sorry" so that was a bit frustrating. Second, I ordered a pizza with HALF pineapple and half cheese. What I received was a pizza with 1/3 of it covered In pineapple and the rest was just cheese. Kinda ridiculous and shows the employees at this location really don't care. It would have taken an extra 3 seconds to properly spread the toppings. Overall a pretty disappointing visit. And on Pi day of all days :(

The number to call to get your curbside order goes to voicemail. On third try got put on hold forever. Asked an employee who brought out someone order to get mine. Asked a second time and asked to speak to manager. They said they were busy, but no one there to get an order for several minutes. Won't go back.

People don't always have high expectations with Pizza Hut, but I've written this with generous expectations in mind. We called in a pickup order recently, and it was a rather lackluster experience. The number for any location goes to a call center. It is stateside, but it may be better if it wasn't. The lady I talked to was not very helpful and was quite rude in my opinion. She was short in her responses, and sounded as if she didn't want to take my order at all. I arrived at the store to pickup, and an employee walked out. This was the only positive part of the experience. She was very polite and charismatic-I really wish I got her name. She was understanding of my frustration with the call center, and gave a small discount to smooth things over. When I got home, I opened the box to see a very thin pizza with multiple, substantial bare spots where there was no cheese. The only enjoyable part of it was the cheese stuffed crust, which certainly isn't enough to convince me to order again. I really wanted this to be good, so I could discuss how the employee and pizza easily made up for the call center lady, but that would not be accurate.

i ordered food for deliver at 1:15 in the afternoon due to when I have to take a 45 minute lunch. after my pizza was 15 min late I called and was told that someone had paid w/a $100 bill. while I understand that could be a problem so should have the customer. at this point I became punished for something I had already ordered and paid for. and here it is almost 1:45 and I still have no pizza cause the driver had to go make change. so I assume i'm getting a cold pizza if it ever bothers to show up. this could have been handled so much better since they have my cell number and I would hope more then one driver. when I called the manager I was told they were on their way and they have still not shown up.

I tried to call the Pizza Hut since this is a pick-up or delivery location(not sit down restaurant) and place an order. There was no answer! On my way driving to the location, I tried several times to call and still no answer. When I arrived there were five employees there, one being a delivery driver. I placed my order and was told it would be 10 to 15 mins. I went and set in my car for 12 mins and then returned inside. I watched as a pizza come out of the rolling automatic oven. It set for a 3 mins and then an employee picked it up and put it in a box and sliced it. Closed the box and put it on a shelf. After I stood there for 5 mins and watched several employees walk around not doing anything I asked one if they wouldn't mind giving me my pizza. The guy opened the box, saw a pizza was in it and asked if I had called in my order. I said no, I walked in and ordered and waited.. He told me that no one had labeled the pizza. He looked into the system and saw that there was only one order and advised me that someone didn't print the label for the pizza and that was why it wasn't delivered to me. I asked "was it my fault that the employee didn't do what they were supposed to?" In which he replied "no". After receiving my pizza, I requested a copy of my receipt and was questioned why, so I advised that I was going to contact corporate and complain. The gentleman advised me that he was the manager. So i explained everything above. He didn't apologize or offer anything or any assistance. If I owned or managed this place, I would have fired the guy on the spot. I do not recommend this location for ordering a pizza. The staff apparently lack training and the management needs training on handling problems. I was not aggressive or nasty, just explained the situation. Maybe if I was rude, he would have offered a coupon. I will never order from this place again.

This place is horrible. When you call in to local restaurant they send you to a call center. I needed to speak with a manager about a free pizza coupon I had. I was supposedly directed to someone but gave up after 25 minutes of wait time. I called back and asked to leave a voicemail. I left that voicemail for a manager 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard back. I’ve even emailed corporate but they don’t respond. Pizza Hut used to be THE place to get pizza when I was a kid. It’s so sad to see their customer service and management go to crap. I have 3 coupons for a free pizza but the coupon code keeps coming up invalid. They cannot even back up their own coupons. So frustrating

TLDR: ordered online, got a call after an hour that they couldn't deliver my pizzas because they were too busy and hung up on me. Had to call Pizza Hut national hotline to get a refund. Ordered pizza online. After an hour I received a phone call from Tiffany at the Middletown Pizza Hut saying that they couldn't deliver my pizzas because they were too busy. She told me to call the J-town Pizza Hut. I told her I had a hungry 7-year old and she would need to call to transfer my order. SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I called back and the phone kept clicking back on hold. They would not answer my call. I called the national Pizza Hut number from Pizza Hut.com in order to get my online order refunded. Do not order from the Middletown Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut at its finest. Couldn't remember the last time I had Pizza Hut, this lack of memory explains why I ordered it again. Lady behind the counter was nice so she gets a star. But come now, $16 for wings and you charge extra for 1 ranch. You should include at least one dipping sauce.
