I called before because my order wasn’t how I expected. Not only did they greet me with a warm welcome, they also thanked me for giving them the chance to make my order right. The manager that I spoke with, made the order himself then thanked me again for giving them another chance. Actually makes me happy that there are fast food places that care enough about one customer that they truly want them to come back. People, go out of your way to go to this Middletown Taco Bell when you are close.

my mom accidentally picked the wrong taco bell so she called to talk to them so they could remove to order but when she called she was called a scammer and they didn't even refund/remove the order

We got a pickeup order and went threw the drive Thursday to get it because I had mud on me from a farm so ween I I my order I asked for a water and she said we have to come inside for water and sauces like what.

8/1/24 at approximately 8:00 p.m. Eastern ... My son and I proceeded to dine in at this Taco Bell. Food was great to be honest. However the restaurant was understaffed, staff had no social skills (never greeted us at the counter, just took the orders), confused looking when I approached the counter instead of the automated machine, and last whatever the hell they were using to wipe the tables off made them sticky and smell. Floors not swept either.

Went for pickup but was told drive-thru is more important than doordash orders. Counted 13 cars leaving the drive-thru before I was able to get the customers order. Obviously this location. Cost me time and money to go to this location

I had just dropped off a stack of invites for my daughter's birthday party at my baby's Mama's crib. Of course, she wanted to have me arrested for being a good dad. So, as I'm reading all of her gaslighting texts, I couldn't stop thinking about Taco Muffuggin Bell..
I turn onto Shelbyville Rd and Ohhhh what do I see?? You got it. Taaaaco Belllllll.. I pulled up, ordered and this giant of a man (who should be playing Hoops, not making Doritos Locos Tacos), his name was Pathe (pronounced Pah-Tay) .. so, I asked . "Where's the Party?" He replied, "I am Pathe". I said, "whaaa? You're the Party? " He answered , "yes, I am Pathe.". I was super confused but, eventually we got it all figured out. His name is Pah-Tay.. dude was awesome . Thanks taco bell for giving me great food and a real Pah-Tay
