I ordered a #2 which came up to 16.87 it was horrible I drove around to the drive thru and ordered a cantina chicken bowl and a loco taco only received the chicken bowl so I paid almost 17 dollars for a chicken bowl never going back it was late so I just went home

The job is not that hard! But it seems it is because everytime I order food something is wrong or missing, EVERYTIME! it's just sad it happens everytime, do better! Your menu consistent of around 7 or 8 main ingredients, so how does this happen 99% of the time!

Made a mobile order. They messed up one of the drinks Forgot to make one of the burritos Didn’t make a taco right Didn’t put the fork in the bag And forgot the sauce
I called before because my order wasn’t how I expected. Not only did they greet me with a warm welcome, they also thanked me for giving them the chance to make my order right. The manager that I spoke with, made the order himself then thanked me again for giving them another chance. Actually makes me happy that there are fast food places that care enough about one customer that they truly want them to come back. People, go out of your way to go to this Middletown Taco Bell when you are close.

my mom accidentally picked the wrong taco bell so she called to talk to them so they could remove to order but when she called she was called a scammer and they didn't even refund/remove the order
