Ordered my food on the mobile app like I usually do. Ordered at 7:25pm to pick up at 8pm after work.They have never made my food until I got to the drive thru speaker.For some reason, they thought it okay to close my order and they made my food when I ordered it.They handed me my FREEZING cold bag of food and refused to remake it for me.Went to their app to request a refund and it continues to error out.Hate this Taco Bell. Always have issues. I think it’s time I stop going here.

When I went there for a friend’s birthday, we were easily able to buy our food at the kiosk tablets. It took a little while to get our food, but when we got it, everyone seemed to enjoy it. Me personally, however, enjoyed it as much as I could for Taco Bell food. However, after we started to celebrate we, the only people in the restaurant, as we were walking out met a very unpleasant worker who told us that we needed to leave. We joke about it now, but at the time it was not enjoyable.Parking: It was practically empty except for the workers cars, but it wasn’t that out of the ordinary consider it was 8pm.

The staff is rude and refuses to accept orders at the counter. “Use the kiosk” they yell from the back of the kitchen. The machine doesn’t accept cash so it’s not an option for some people. “Damn I guess you just gone stand there” was their response to not accepting cash. I’m not the type to argue with a fast food worker because I know it’s a tough job but the restaurant was empty and she was on her phone so the least she could have done was ring up my two tacos lol.

It's unpleasant to go to this place and see how they treat employees badly. There is a super rude lady who works there, I went today to ask for a service and a lady who was there looked like the manager, she was throwing away all the things and her terrible aptitude with the employees. I turned around and left. I don't think it's a good place. "IT MUST BE SUPERVISED"
The only recommendation is that they should have veggie tacos package. Like all the menu with meet replacements like tofu, beans or rice.Vegetarian options: I would like clearly veggie options in the menu.
