I’m not one to usually leave bad reviews, but for $40 for stale not even warmed cookies, ice cream that was so hard we couldn’t even use plastic spoons (and was straight up just Kroger vanilla ice cream) customer service that made us feel like we shouldn’t have even been in the store, and zero communication (we sat down to eat and our order was just left on the counter in a bag) we will never be back here.

Their pictures are EXTREMELY DECEIVING! The cup FOR $9.60 is half the height shown. The extra toppings on top are NON-EXISTENT! ITS 97% INSTANT BOXED PUDDING AND 3% VANILLA WAFER CRUMBS! Horrible absolutely horrible. In the picture is a regular disposable salt shaker and my hand is on the spoon. That is what you get for almost $10.

The store was clean and smelled delicious. The lady who took my order was very sweet and friendly. The service was very quick.

The cobbler itself was fine. I was just a little annoyed with the fact that I was told I couldn't order something off the menu. As a newer business, I would think all things on the menu would be available. If you advise something you should honor it! I am referencing the Flight...it is advertised in their tv's that play behind the counter and also on their menu! Not a great first impression....

How can you not have milkshakes?? No one here. Unsure how this place stays in business. No ice cream for milkshakes?? Left and went to Comfy Cow. Much better decision.

I’ve come quite a few times to this location, Chelsea I see often and is a very hard worker. She has had GREAT customer services every-time she has served me but as far as the food and cleanliness? Never will I return. This location is RIDICULOUS
