I would not recommend this location. Walked in there yesterday and there were no workers to be seen. The menu on the screens cannot be read in full due to some large error message on them. Apparently this is the norm as we did locate some paper menus on the counter. We a worker appears to take our order, she was sure to tell us all the things that were not available from the menu, which was pretty disappointing. All the food is served directly from the kitchen now and seems to be “prepackaged”, as in it is already scooped into to go containers and heated up via a microwave. Some cobbler was served scalding hot and some was not warm at all. The ice cream is pre-‘scooped and put in containers as well. It was so solid it could not be eaten or put on the cobbler if you wanted it that way. Sat in the store long enough to see that the workers hang out in the kitchen 100% of the time. They only venture out if a customer decides to stay and to take/hand you an order, then it’s back to the kitchen. Several groups came and went due to no one coming out to wait on them. Strangest/weirdest experience ever.

The cinnamon pecan peach cobbler was all cobbler and very little peach. I counted 5 meager slices of peach, and the top cobbler was layer upon layer with an inch of cinnamon topping and maybe 10 chopped pecans. It was way too sweet and I couldn’t taste the fruit at all. It just tasted like a dougy cinnamon sponge. I wasn't impressed. I had such high hopes for this experience and it fell way short. The employee was nice though, and the interior is cute. However she didn't ask if I wanted my cobbler to dine in or to go, and packed my cobbler in one bowl and the ice cream in another which I think also made it less of the experience I had hoped for. No scoop of ice cream melting into the warm cobbler below.

We love The Peach Cobbler Factory. Ordered the original and mango peach cobbler. Both were delicious.

We ordered through uber eats and our cobbler didn’t come with ice cream and the churros were made without cinnamon and sugar…we were excited to try but we were disappointed

You change the ice cream size and say nothing about it. I feel scammed.

This is the second time we’ve ordered through Door Dash & the order is wrong. They never send ice cream with the cobbler, even though it comes WITH ice cream AND there’s an option to select “no ice cream” but we’ve NEVER selected that. This time we even ordered an extra side of ice cream (ordered 2 cobblers) just to be safe & we only got ONE ice cream total.
We ordered peach cobbler & praline peach cobbler & we received a blueberry cobbler instead. I also ordered coconut cream pudding & they literally added some coconut shreds on top, NOT coconut CREAM, fyi! They were closed by the time we received our order & there was no receipt, just an open, brown bag. If you want to try this place, it’s yummy, but just go in person.

What in the world has happened to this place? And I say that with absolute shock and frustration since this is not the same Peach Cobbler when it first opened. Let me start by saying this is not an $8.00 worthy portion of banana pudding. Seems like Peach Cobbler is following the same BS as Chipotle with mediocre portions and increasing the prices to no means. After waiting in line for a well over 10 minutes … not the single working employees fault whatsoever. You learn that they are completely out of ALL cinnamon buns and brownies. Why advertise such variety if the dessert shop doesn’t have more than half in stock is still a mystery. And yes, as the others have commented this is absolutely Walmart banana pudding. Do yourself a favor and head over to your local shop and get the same flavor for half the price.

If I could vote in negative I would. The appearance was dirty and unkept. Should have knows then, but I wanted so bad to love it. When we finally received our order (we were the only ones there and waited 30 min) it was somewhere between cold and room temp. It he cinnamon rolls and fruit (cobblers) were very obviously store bought. Everything was sickeningly sweet, like, to the point you can’t continue. We threw out 3/4 of our very overpriced deserts. On the flip side, the young man who helped us was great.

Friday hours are listed on every site as 12PM-10PM I arrived a little after 1PM and they were closed. I checked all social medias and nothing about them being closed were on the sites. I was extremely disappointed because I drove almost 30 minutes
