We came here for lunch when visiting Louisville. We ordered 2 bowls of beef Pho, egg rolls and broken rice dish. Pho was pretty good - flavorful broth, tender beef. However I was disappointed at the grilled pork broken rice dish. Service was pleasant.

The food has always been great, which is why I’ve gone back several times. But unfortunately, the service today was disappointing. No one checked in on us during the meal, and they even dropped off the check in the middle of it. On top of that, since most of their dishes are served hot, the poor air conditioning made it really uncomfortable to enjoy the food. It was just too hot inside.

I had only mentioned that no one checked in on us during our meal because it was obvious to tell, but I hadn’t commented on the server’s attitude at the time. However, since your response seems to excuse the service, I feel it’s important to share the full experience.
The woman without glasses appeared clearly unwelcoming. At one point, her attitude felt openly unpleasant, and it seemed she didn’t even want to approach our table.
It was a very disappointing experience. With so many other dining options available, I won’t be returning. And I certainly wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to others.

My first time trying Vietnamese food today and the pork bahn mi sandwich plus eggrolls were delicious. My son especially liked the chicken pho noodles, he is usually a picky eater. It took some time for me to decide what to get but the waiters were all so kind and accommodating. I will have to try that beef noodle soup next time I come back!

Stopped in on our drive and was pleasantly surprised! We came in at a busy time and were still taken care when we asked for recommendations. My husband got the bun bo huet special and I got the pho combo. Great tip from our server to try the habanero spice. It definitely added a kick we loved in the broth

Ate out here a little while ago and was pleasantly surprised! I've been trying to find a good Vietnamese spot ever since Cafe Mimosa closed, and this place was fantastic! We had 'egg rools,' Vermicelli Noodles with Shrimp and Pho and was DELICIOUS! I ate every bite! I missed the servers name but he was a great server and very personable! We will definitely be back! I highly recommend!

Best Vitenamese I have had in Ky. Every time I go there I keep trying to manage my expectations that it can't be as mind blowing as I remembered, then I take the first bite and realize, yes it is indeed that good!

Tried to get a bowl of Pho at 1:47 knowing they were going to be open for 13 more mins. The server told me they were closed. I get it you wanna stop people from eating so you can shut down early, but that's just bad business. Your hours say from 11-2. Simply change it if you need more time to close. Don't mislead your customers.

VinBun always has very delicious food and prompt service! The owners and Manager always go above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. From preparing the food from scratch to serving hot to your table. My visit is very enjoyable every time I come to eat at this restaurant. Highly recommend!!

Best Pho and Vermicelli in town! This is a hidden gem in Middletown! Their food is so fresh and yummy. Prices are reasonable. Service was excellent. They got my family of 6 in and out within 90 minutes!

This is my all time favorite restaurant for Vietnamese in Louisville. The menu has a wide range of selections and all are fantastic. The food is so fresh! My favorite is the egg roll vermicelli and beef meatball pho. The vietnamese coffee is outstanding! The service was spot on - very attentive and family oriented. I eat here regularly and have never had a bad experience. 5 stars in my book! Highly recommend!
