Very slow

Took about 12 minutes to get 3 happy meals and a bacon mcdouble. There were 5 people standing around and the general manager brought food to counter and called order number. Another location that didnt do table service.

Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes or so got 2 cheeseburger meal, frappe, ice cream cone and Smoothie. We got the first three items in a reasonable amount of time, then we got the smoothie and the size was incorrect, we told them about it so they told us to pull up and they would have it right up well we sit there and wait a good 15 minutes or so till finally my partner is like okay im going in this is taking forever. So she goes in and asks about the large smoothie and they had totally forgot about it, then one of the crew member starts getting on the manager for making us pull up to the curb. If a crew member is having to chew out the manager for something that's not a good sign. Thank you to who ever that crew member was though.
I have friends who won't eat McDonald's, but I'm personally a fan of a cheeseburger, those oh so delicious fries, and a half sweet tea. However, if this McDonald's was what they base their feelings on, I agree. It was terrible. The tea tasted moldy. The fries seemed like they were cooked, got cold and cooked again. They were terrible. The cheeseburger was okay. I did a mobile order and it still took forever to get my order when I came to pick up. Thankfully I know to tell the ap I'm 'already there' well before I get there or else who knows how long it would have taken to get my order. I love McDonald's, especially when traveling as this was the situation today, but unfortunately this one was a let down.

Expect to wait 30 minutes for 1 smoothie
Update: they made it but did not bring it to the counter to serve me. I literally had to ask where my single item order that does not require cooking was.

Do not eat here. Don't even stop here for the restroom. Foul. There must have been 25 flies in the dining room. All the tables were dirty. And worst of all there was feces all over the floor of the men's room. 🤢 The worst bathroom I've been in since boot camp.

Would give ZERO stars if it was possible.
Went through the drive through on 8/17/25. Ordered a big country breakfast, basically a big breakfast with a side of gravy. An extra order of hashbrowns, and a large coke. Pulled forward, paid for my food, got my drink, and was asked to pull forward, that they would bring my food out, not uncommon, and I pulled forward.
Sat, sat, sat, and sat some more. I counted 17 other cars that came through behind me, got their food, and went on their way. Checked my receipt, I ordered at 9:18am. At 9:39am they finally brought me my food. TWENTY-ONE minutes! I didn't order anything that wasn't a standard menu item, nothing special, and it took TWENTY-ONE minutes for them to get my food to me.
And of course, when I got home I found that I didn't get my extra order of hashbrowns despite it being on the receipt and having been paid for.
Quite possibly my worst McDonalds experience ever. I live in Midway and I want to support the local businesses, but it will be a long time before I return to this location.

It is McDonald's it is supposed to be the place to get cheap food quick. But now you get the less of the dog food quality food for 3 times the price. So I would rather go to a food truck then here. At least at a food truck they won't screw up my order every time and try to make me use an app to order my food to get rid of an employee.
