I moved to G Town a few months ago - I order on the app almost every week and these dudes take care of me. I don't tip (who does?) but it's good every time I pick it up. I'm sure there's high turnover but the guys working right now are solid.

Horrible sandwich making. Just thrown on the bread. Sloppy without any care. Some of the guys working there are not fluent in english, so they do not understand what you are saying or asking. When you spend $10-15 on a meal and the sandwich isn't made to your specifications, it is very frustrating. The staff are friendly, but the language barrier and the horrible food prep is a problem. I have been here three times now, and I will not be back for a fourth.
That having been said, the restaurant is clean and is located in a convenient location right off the highway.
Number one: if you don't understand English very well you probably should not be taking an order. I wanted the meat (double steak, regular cheese) cooked first so it would be hotter prior to toasting. But no matter how many times I said this he continued to put it on the bread. So it got toasted twice and the bread got a little to crispy in some spots. Second, the meatball was not enough to cover bread and there was no sauce making it very dry. Food was just ok. Sad to say would have rather not.
Place was pretty clean.
