Don't stop here.Bread was... off. No ice for drink and the coke was flat. Employee stopped I. The middle of ringing me up to deal with the drive-through, so I got to just stand and look at my sandwich on the counter for 5 min. Toilet was clogged and when the employee was told about it, their response was "I know". No out of order sign on the door.

It's a nice looking Subway. When did Subway start asking for tips on their screen? Tipping them for what? Every business that only offers counter-service should get a 1-star.

Countless times being there they have had only one person working. The drive thru is never open and if an online order comes in. They will fill that order before the people standing in line no matter how long people have been waiting.

I didn’t realize this place closed at 9. I guess that’s why they didn’t seem enthusiastic to wait on me. Went inside around 8:50 ordered a sandwich and requested my chicken be heated and it’s ice cold.

Most of the time they don’t even answer through the drive thru. This Subway has terrible service. The food’s all right but sometimes the stuff is falling out of the sandwich. I’d recommend going somewhere else.

I had stopped at this restaurant once while traveling. On my next Subway order, it defaulted to the restaurant. I noticed it IMMEDIATELY and clicked on "Contact Restaurant" on the app to cancel. The phone number did not work and, to this day, there is absolutely no way to contact this restaurant or anyone else at Subway corporate to address this. I emailed Subway corporate office the next day and still have not heard back - the order was placed 3 weeks ago on 8/30/2023. So disappointing that there is no way to address this issue with Subway.

I've seen mice and the bathroom nasty and a certain employee puts her her hands down her pants then prepares the food please don't eat at subway in midway the most disgusting place ever

The service was top notch. The young man was very polite and the establishment was clean. I will definitely return to this location. For the most part the food was top notch. ? This visit to a subway was probably by far one of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant in a while. Customer service still has a way to go to be back at what it once was.Vegetarian options: They have plenty of options available to choose from.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is accessible by wheelchair.

Ordered on the app and was ready upon my arrival.**Update** 11/21/22Ordered on the app once again and food was ready when I arrived. However, my Chicken ? was cold and I didn't get a fork in my bag??‍♀️??‍♀️. Not sure if the Chicken was cold because of the long wait in the drive-thru or because that was something I have to specify when I order. Anywho, The salad was good definitely needed some more lettuce and the Buffalo sauce does have a kick to it for sure. It does have a great flavor
