I drive a big truck and I'm not able to order at the intercom but these wonderful folks tell me to drive on up to the window and they quickly take my order and quickly get it out to me. My order is ALWAYS correct, everyone is ALWAYS friendly and there's very minimal wait time so I can continue my trip .

Got a sweet tea from here and it’s old and tastes like 8 day old refrigerator tea. Taste like the water from an unclean water dispenser built into a fridge.

I got sprite mixed with coke, yuk! Instead of a rootbear, a chocolate shake instead of a chocolate molt and instead of a meal, apparently I got a deal lol I got a burger and a sundae instead of burger fries drink & sundae. I had to tell them several time I still needed the chocolate molt they where confused about what they'd given already. Just fiasco! Last time I visited i ordered an Strawberry shake & a chocolate molt and got a strawberry shake that tasted like chocolate. Very disappointed...

Microwaved cheeseburgers. So gross. The last 3 I got were like that.
This DQ has the best cheese curds and ranch! They are always polite. I have been going here for years and they have yet to get my order wrong. Seems they pay close attention to each order even when they are busy!
They're moolatte machine is always broken, for 2 freaking years? Every single week? So I go to Culver's or McDonald's instead. Get it together people.

There were 3 girls working at the time me and my boyfriend stopped here, and we had mens beard hair in our ice cream but clearly wasn't any men working this could of been a problem from whom stocked it or somewhere from the supplier but I won't be eating here again
