I wanted a regular roast beef because I'm allergic to cheese and I got a beef & cheddar instead of the regular roast beef I ordered. got a order of potato cakes 2 of them was still froze because they was stuck together the other one was ok I tried calling but no one answered so yeah I'm not happy at all I would have took the food back but I live 10 miles from Arby's the other food I ordered was ok just a little cold

I stopped in earlier this evening… went through the “ Drive—thru” Employee/ Team, so friendly courteous, prompt… ordered several food items for supper for both my Mama & I….. a loaded Baked Potato, chicken tenders, absolutely delicious!…..Mama said, next time, I’d like a loaded potato😀——— Thank You, Arby’s of Morehead, Rowan County Kentucky for Your Excellent food & Service!!—- it’s very much appreciated!🌹🌿

Pulled up to the drive thru at 9:54pm on a Monday and there was another person in front of me and one waiting at the window. They adjusted the speaker to say we’re currently closed!?!?!? Okay

My dad ordered a beef and cheddar. There was no cheddar on it. When he went to tell the red head at the counter, she got an attitude with him and after he walked away, she continued to talk negatively about him right in front of me. Very upset with the experience I had.

As an arbys connoisseur I have been to many different arbys locations. I can without a doubt easily say this is the best one. The food quality is better than any I've tasted before, the aesthetic is really nice and the staff are friendly.
