Asher was our waiter and he was amazing! He was so busy, running tables food and drinks and running the bar, so my group of 3 went to the front to pay. The little blonde girl and the manager that helped us up front were soooo rude, acted like it was such a problem to ring us up when it took 5 seconds. Amazing service from Asher, but the two workers up front gave us bad vibes.

Very unsatisfied! Sat at my table for 25 mins before anyone even asked what we wanted to drink (we got tired of waiting and asked someone) when we finally got our appetizer, it was not made correctly, then they brought us a cup of chili to put on our nachos ourselves when it was supposed to come with it like we ordered!! My food tasted old and like they warmed it up in a microwave! My server Carmen was very unattentive! Sat without drinks for 30 mins! Just very unhappy with this experience! Will never come back to the Morehead location. Will Stick with old Todd Road in Lexington!

Would love to submit a picture however that’s not an option. I got 15 spicy garlic boneless wings I open the box. It looks like they are ordered plain. There is absolutely no sauce on the wings or in the box.
Food was way over cooked also took forever to get our food, Are eating utensils our waiter was polite and everything. Just took way to long for some over cooked or reheated food

Overall is like any other Buffalo Wild Wings. But this one I have done pick up three times and they seem to struggle. First time was missing sides, the other was missing some of my wings and tonight was messing half my wings. I didn’t notice it until I got home. At that point I didn’t want to go back out. The people are nice. I try to make it simple when calling or placing a mobile order and thing still go wrong.
Doordash...3rd time in a row that sauces were left out of the order. This time fries were extremely old and wings were hard and old apple juice was left out of the kids meal.

Employees stay on cell phones. You come in for a pickup order it sits there. No greeting. Food was cold. No sauce on the wings hardly. The containers were covered in sauce on the bottoms, no requested additional sauces. Ranch cups have changed it hold almost nothing.Do better.

We came in the restaurant about 9:30 on 11/30/2023. There was 11 of us. The waiter took our order about 9:45. We got our hamburgers about 10:45 and they were barely warm. The french fries were even colder. They told us the wings weren't ready yet. We thought for sure they would have wings as long as they were open. It was double wing day and one of our group didn't get the traditional wings she ordered, she was served boneless.

It was super good! I got some spicy wings for about $10, and they were amazing. I got a bunch of wings. They were pretty big, and I even took some home. I remember the menu had a ton of sauce choices for the wings, and they all sounded really good! Definitely recommend it for fans of wings. Our server was very polite and quick. I would 100% go back again when I'm in the area.
